Was overall a great experience. Had some small issues with booking and had some things that were definitely not specified in the rental agreement. Other than that we had a nice time and would consider visiting again !

Did have a odor smell ( musty smell)Patio furniture was terrible legs on the chairs completely rusted out on the ends safety issue! Could only use 2 of the 5 chairsDid have a few bugs!Wifi would work (they offered to have someone come out to fix but we refused)Great floor level and view!Was neat and clean except for the issues above might would rent again.Would give it a 3.5 stars out of 5!

Construction going on during our stay. There were multiple issues with the space but Southern Vacations took care of those quickly.

Condo was clean, a little confusion upon check in but quickly fixed (very attentive rental company). As a mom with littles, I recommend bringing plastic cups there was a lot of glass. We would absolutely book again.

Father - Daughter Trip

Southern was very responsive to our messages and very helpful. The layout of the condo was perfect for us since one of us likes to wake up way too early! It allowed us to keep our own sleep schedules. We loved the decor and furniture. The balcony needed some maintenance/paint/pressure washing but that’s my only negative comment
