6 min walk to Pleasant Mountain Ski Area (previously Shawnee Peak) and two rows back from Moose Pond, this inviting home set in the charming town of Bridgton, Maine, offers seasonal water views & a 1 minute walk to shared waterfront on Moose Pond. Our property offers a peaceful and private location surrounded by nature and wildlife with easy access to hiking trails, lakes, beaches, and local attractions. In town, you will find many delicious eateries and one-of-a kind shops.

Enjoy a relaxing escape from the daily grind in this cozy and newly renovated retreat. Located just steps (.2 miles) away from Pleasant Mountain Ski Area and a shared waterfront on Moose Pond (1 minute walk). There are many very nearby activities to enjoy such as skiing, skating, snowshoeing, swimming, boating, biking, hiking, fishing & much more. Or, if you prefer, just sit & relax with a good book & prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Home has AC/Heat Pump unit as well as a whole house generator.

Welcome to your home away from home at Thomas Trail! As our guests, you will have access to the entire home, including 4 bedrooms on two full floors, three season porch, outdoor area with deck and gas grill as well as & large firepit. You will also have access to a washer/dryer located in the basement. The driveway has space for up to four vehicles.

To make check-in as seamless as possible, you will be given a 4 digit code just prior to your check-in time so that you will be able arrive at your convenience and enter the property in your own time.

Situated on a peaceful street just off Mountain Road, you`ll be a 6 minute walk to Pleasant Mountain Ski area and a 1 minute walk to the shared beach / waterfront on Moose Pond! There are also many hiking/biking/walking trails in close proximity to the home.

When you`re ready to explore the town, downtown Bridgton is less than a 10 minute drive away. Here, you`ll find a variety of delicious restaurants, unique shops and fun activities for everyone.

While you stay with us, you will have enough space in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

The home has exterior cameras for security purposes.

Please reach out right away if something is not working properly, we will do our best to get it fixed for you, if possible, as soon as we are able.

Please refrain from smoking inside.

All guests must be registered (listed in your request) at time of booking.

Please leave your adorable pets at home. We are animal lovers but we do use this home frequently and unfortunately, a few of our family members have very severe allergies to animal dander & saliva enzymes. ☹ Many other local rentals offer pet friendly units.

If you do have a service animal, we ask that you search for alternate options.

Please be polite to our lovely neighbors & keep the noise level appropriate. Quiet hours are 10 pm until 8 am.

Please be mindful, we are in a rural area & you will likely encounter local bugs/pests & maybe even some (usually friendly) wildlife.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate events or parties. Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

We know accidents happen, so please let us know if any damage occurs during your stay.

Our cleaning crew is extremely busy & unfortunately, we typically cannot accommodate early check-ins or checkouts.
