It has an ample balcony with a table and outdoor seating. You have one assigned free parking space. Wifi and basic cable are included.

If you need to do late check out please request within 24 hours and if it’s possible we will arrange it. **If we have people arriving the same day, there is a late check out fee that will be deducted from the deposit equivalent to one extra night if the check out time is not met. It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.*We Host welcomes you. Feel free to call this place your home*

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )

- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.
