With Gorgeous mountain views, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome sits on the 7th hole of the signature Raven Golf Course at Snowshoe. 5-10 mins to the slopes, depending on weather conditions. You are close to the new Dollar General store that is soon to be completed, the Par Mar convenient store with a Subway, Almost Heaven Smokehouse, the Kickin Chicken & Linwood Library. This unit is nearly 100% renovated! Including new granite countertops, black quartz sink, appliances, flooring, bathroom vanities & light fixtures. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart tv as well as living area. Expansive vaulted ceilings through nearly entire room. You will surely enjoy watching deer graze along the golf course or on the hill above. Snow or Shine this property is one of kind. This house has some major issues. We stayed at this house for 3 days. The steep driveway was not plowed and had hard packed snow and ice causing us to slide off the road. Mice ate our food stored in a kitchen drawer, water from the leaking kitchen sink flowed across the counter top, The dishwasher was not anchored in place making it difficult to use, the house has only one shower, the jacuzzi tub in the other bath was too big for the water heater so not enough hot water, almost no lighting in the entire house, and floor length curtains covered the wall mounted heater causing a fire hazard.

Rustic Luxury

Very well kept rustic townhome with all the modern amenities. Situated at the base of the mountain and less than a mile from the best local shopping and restaurants then only a 5 minute drive to the mountain top for skiing and resort dining. Peaceful and serene with an amazing view. You won’t be disappointed

Beautiful cabin

This home was very nice, clean, and clearly newly renovated. Our host was very communicative and helpful in planning our trip. I would definitely love to stay again. I would be aware there is only 1 shower as the downstairs master only has a tub. Otherwise, the house was great and spacious for my group of friends!

Ski vacation Snowshoee

Overall the property met our basic needs for ski vacation at Snowshoe Mountain. The condo is a situated at the bottom of the hill about 5 miles from the Snowshoe resort, very easy 10 min drive to the summit and parking at the resort is very easy. The condo is part of 4 joined condos. Parking was easy for us, we had 4x4 but could be very challenging if snowy or icy. Located on side of mountain in quiet location. The condo inside as I said met our basic needs for 4 adults and 5 teens. Has two bathrooms but only one bathroom has a shower. The bunk room was nice for teens. The condo uses baseboard heating, temperature was difficult to control, sometimes felt hot and other times felt cold. Overall the condo was clean, there was a few things that could have been cleaner but nothing major. We had a few issues that was out of the owners control, she was responsive. Cell communication can be challenging due to the mountains. Great WIFI and internet, we were able to stream TV shows.

Great little cabin not far from Snowshoe

Our stay in the cabin was lovely. The cabin was about 15 minutes from Snowshoe. Highly recommend AWD vehicle if it snows however because road getting up to property can be very icy in a snowstorm. We actually got stuck and had to leave the car and walk during the worst of it. It did get plowed by the morning however. The cabin was comfortable. Downstairs queen bedroom and upstairs king and bunk room. Walls were quite thin and could actually see into king room from bunk room between the slats. The ionizer machines in the closets provided good white noise however and once we discovered these it was easier to sleep. You can hear every step in the king room below in the queen room. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking very easy. Lighting was not great in the kitchen or really the rest of the house, very dim light bulbs, which could be an easy fix for the owners. be aware that the jacuzzi bathtub downstairs doesn't have a shower, so really only one useable tub/shower combo in the unit. We were 8 people so that was a little tight. Comfortable couches and nice TV in living room. Daybed upstairs is a twin and kind of in walk-way so not exactly private. Overall it was comfortable for our needs.
