Cramer suites

We apent 6 days at this location. Updated and convenient to downtown Lexington and Kentucky Horse Park. Little hiccup with the units but Emily stayed right on top of it! Back yard and plenty of off street parking. Only bad thing was the cleaners came to our unit both days over the weekend unannounced but could have been from the unit change. We told them when our checkout day was and they went on about their day. Check out was easy. Overall, the whole stay was great!!

Need a new Fridge

The refrigerator/freezer makes noise!! Like waking you up in the night, noise! Amazing, there is no ice maker, but it makes more noise than one! It woke us both nights with the loud noise.

Wonderful neighborhood!

Great place in a very lovely and safe neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again! Only downside is that there is a unit upstairs and the walls/floors are very thin so it can be quite loud if there are people staying in the above unit.

Pleased, but. . .

The property is perfect for what we need when traveling with our dogs. The porch light was burned out, so with the darkness and torrential rain, getting in and out was a bit tough. Our neighbors were also a little loud, but we are old and go to bed kind of early.

Had a SNAFU, but it worked out.

Check in was easy. Small but perfect for me and my S/O. The bed broke while sleeping Night 2. Messaged the P.M. Took a little while but she finally messaged back. They sent someone out and it was fixed when we got back from dinner. Overall, 4.5/5 would stay again. Area is quiet residential and had wonderful neighbors. 5 blocks from everything you need.

Left Early

Our communication with the property management company was terrible. I emailed 2 different given addresses and sent messages through VRBO and they were never even acknowledged. We had booked through Sunday but left early on Saturday. The renters upstairs were very loud until at least 1:00am Friday night and we received no assistance from the host to enforce Quiet Hours that supposedly started at 10:00pm. I will not be renting from this company again.

Great neighborhood

Wonderful small apartment with everything you need. Think hotel but better!! Bed is extremely comfortable and there is plenty of parking behind the house. Absolutely wonderful neighborhood and close to everything. One thing to note, the bathroom is small but plenty of room for a bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Great location in the heart of Lexington. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking behind building as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

disappointed

The property was clean,and nice on the surface. Our Communcation with the manager was terrible at best. I e-mailed her the night before with my phone number, i do not do e-mail on my phone. Told her to text or call me that way I had a number to get a hold of her, and she could get a hold of me. i heard nothing. This was a working trip for us. We are a freeze dried candy vendor. We got all set up at our event. Checked in and there was no towels, and the bed only had a sheet and spread no blankets, since I had no way to communicate, i left a message on the sight, and went to walmart to purchase towels and blankets. Then she texts me a rude message that if i wanted extra towels i should of said so, and do I check the cabinets. I told her there was none not to say extras, she said she would have some brought over. I then told her I have already bought some. When I returned a very nice man had delivered some and said he forget to bring some back. He was great and we are thankful for him. There was no instructions on how to use the code locking system so we had a bit of a struggle there, she was nice then and texted us through the process. There was never a call only text, very un professional. The unit was cute, but the issues were covered up. The flooring was nice, but was put over bad floors that all slanted from left to right. The kitchen light did not work. I would have given 1 star, but the gentelman who brought the towels was great.

Wonderful getaway spot!

We truly enjoyed this compact, cozy place in a lovely neighborhood in Lexington. It was very clean and warm and the decor was simple and tasteful. It was a great home base over the holiday--we would stay again and highly recommend it to others.

I have stayed in a number of places and this by far was the best! Clean, updated, quaint. Easy to reach the listing agent… exactly as it is advertised…no surprises. I truly loved it!

Lovely

Adorable little studio in walking distance from great food and drink. Everywhere we went was so dog friendly so we were able to bring our fur baby along on adventures. Great stay!

This is a cozy 1 bedroom suite with sitting room and small kitchen. Charming details include fireplace with built in shelving. Recently updated and nicely furnished with very comfortable king bed. Fast wi-fi and conveniently located between Richmond Rd and East 3rd. Can walk to Cafe
