It is safe to take morning walks in the neighborhood. We recommend renting a vehicle to explore the entire Big Island. There is also Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.

We are available at anytime and always respond very quickly.

ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area. Mahalo.
