Eleven Boathouse View is a spacious top-floor, 3-bedroom waterfront retreat overlooking Cypress Bay on Kentucky Lake. With 1,800 sq. ft. of room to spread out, this cottage is ideal for families, fishing groups, and guests who want space to live, not just a room to sleep in.
Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a king bedroom with an additional twin bed, plus an alcove with two twin beds. It’s a comfortable setup for groups that want privacy while still staying connected. A full kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the large living and dining areas give everyone room to relax and unwind.
Step outside to your private waterfront deck, perfect for morning coffee, sunset conversations, or simply taking in the peaceful view. Your stay also includes two free boat slips located just a short walk away, so your boats stay close, powered, and ready for the lake whenever you are.
Cypress Bay is a private, gated waterfront property, keeping the resort quiet, relaxed, and guest-only. Only registered guests have access to the grounds, the marina, and the boat ramp, making your stay peaceful from start to finish.

This place means a lot to us — the quiet mornings, the open water, and the way people immediately relax when they get here. It’s why we put our heart into making Cypress Bay better season after season.
We’re not perfect, and we don’t pretend to be. But we are committed — to clean cottages, a smooth marina, clear communication, and giving guests a place that feels honest and comfortable. When something needs attention, we take care of it. When we can do better, we do. And when guests share what made their stay special, that’s what keeps us going.
My favorite part of owning Cypress Bay is seeing people enjoy it the way it’s meant to be enjoyed — families grilling on the deck, early-morning anglers heading out before sunrise, or guests ending the day watching the sky fade over the water.
This isn’t a flashy resort. It’s a peaceful corner of Kentucky Lake handled with real pride, a lot of effort, and a genuine desire to give people a place where life feels a little easier. We’re grateful for every guest who chooses to stay with us and be part of this little lakeside community.
