Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room, a huge backyard with private dog park and a golf green for fun. Only 2+ hours from NYC. Explore the Catskills, Hudson, Hunter, and Windham mountains for outdoor activities. The location is perfect for hiking all seasons with beautiful foliage in the fall. Spring/summer you can enjoy the community’s swimming pools, more hiking, antiquing, and local farms & vineyards.
The space
6 bedroom house, with 5 queen sized beds, 1 master bed and an office.
Features a large living and dining room area to entertain, great for large groups. Fully equipped large kitchen, as well as a bbq grill/picnic table and fire pits in the large open backyard. Pool table, Ping Pong table, Peloton Bike.

Enjoy the community lake, pool and tennis courts within walking distance from the house in the Sleepy Hollow Lake community.

You will have the house to yourself.

Family Gathering

This property was perfect for our 3 family meetup. Everyone had adequate space to gather together, as well as have private space for quiet time. We loved the back yard.

A lovely home. The set up and furnishings were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard provided a perfect setting for morning coffee and deer sighting. All told a great getaway for our extended family of ten.

Excellent space

Great home with plenty of space for a big family. We appreciated the bonus space in the basement as well- was very far (noise wise) from four sleeping rooms on top floor

Very clean and large space

The house and yard are very spacious. The house is very large. We enjoyed the community amenities. The only real down side for us was the upstairs did not cool down as well as the main floor. However the owner provided fans in all rooms which helped.

Thanksgiving with family

This home was the perfect place to gather with our visiting parents, college-age kids, and dogs. We were very comfortable in the living spaces and bedrooms and thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and penned in dog area. The kitchen is well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. Thanks for an enjoyable holiday!

Wedding weekend

Owner was very responsive to all inquiries. The house was larger than I expected, which was great! Loved waking up in the morning to the deer in the backyard. Very very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful setting and close to all Hudson has to offer. Highly recommend this home for your stay!

Beautiful house and location for a family getaway

We were celebrating some family milestones and this house was perfect for 9 adults and kid + dogs. The ample backyard was made for running around annd enjoying the quiet splendor of the area. Inside the spaces are all designed for gathering and the rooms are the right amount of homey and sophisticated. The owner is very responsive and provides all the necessities for enjoying big family meals. Overall, wonderful stay and tempted to make this place our go-to destination for family country travel gatherings!

Beautiful large house in nice lake community

This is a lovely large house with a humongous yard in a nice lake community with two pools and tennis courts in the Catskill-Hudson area. Quiet with neighboring houses in sight but out of hearing. Comfortable, beautiful accommodations with pool table, ping pong, office, large TVs, kitchen, grill—all we could need.

Perfect spot for a group with dogs!

This property is nothing less than gorgeous, and as a group with a few dogs it couldn’t have been more perfect. There is a “dog park” space in the backyard that is enclosed, and a huuuuuuge field area for all the zoomies! Not to mention the house which was incredibly spacious, full of anything we could dream of needing, and completely comfortable. A lot of landlords don’t allow pets but we were so grateful to have not only a space that made the humans feel cared for but the pups as well! We will definitely be back!!
