This house has so much room to spread out and enjoy family time! The kitchen is huge and accommodates many “helpers.” There’s plenty of parking if you bring boats or extra vehicles. We saw so much wildlife and enjoyed the working ranch animals as well. The house is set back off the road and very quiet. We very much enjoyed it!

The property was just as described. It was perfect for the short stay for a wedding in the area. Would stay here again to visit the family that lives in the area. The hosts were very helpful.

The house was spacious and very clean. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and the ping-pong table. The bathrooms had plenty of large, fluffy towels, and the large kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated the labeled cabinets and light switches.

Best stay ever

This property was above and beyond our expectations!! The owner was very responsive when we had a couple small issues ( brush in the road upon arriving due to a storm) was taken care of immediately, and a bathroom door jammed with someone inside and he was there within minutes. The scenery was beautiful! Perfect location!!! We will be staying again

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Was close to town. 10-15 minutes from the White River. House is very comfortable have converted old garage into TV room with recliners. Our place to relax, watch TV after a day on the river.

Fishing Trip

This was a great place to stay for our annual fishing trip. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the house had a great place to play cards and watch football. Location is great for a quick drive to most boat ramps on the White. We typically stay in a new place each year, but will probably be coming back to this property because it was set up perfect for us.

quite, nice, and roomy

5 men stayed. Lots of room and space at this place. Owners' were awesome. If you needed anything, ( they have everything you need) but they were there to help.

Ranch House get away…

Big house with plenty of space inside and out!! Very clean. We especially enjoyed the TV room to watch a couple of movies. A flock of turkeys was right behind the house in the pasture.

Absolutely wonderful! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Best little break we could ask for and an eclipse to remember forever! Honestly…it’s one of best VRBO we’ve stayed in and that’s saying a lot! I’m quite picky

River And Lake Home Away From Home..

This classic ranch style home has a family feel of shared memories. Comfortable easy living ~ home away from home. Loved how quiet, private and close this home was to our trout fishing on the White River. We also had easy access to Bull Shoals Lake for a quick bass fishing outing. Boat parking was a breeze. We enjoyed evening sunsets out back and the gentle mooing of the cows in the morning in this large and spacious working ranch home. • Great Kitchen Space, well equipped • Family Entertainment Space with 6 super comfortable recliner loungers • Comfortable beds • Great linens, towels, etc Had everything we needed.

Lots of Space

Stayed here for four nights in October with my three brothers on one of our annual motorcycle rides. The house has a lot of space - large spaces when you want to have the whole group together, and enough separate spaces that you can get away from the group if you need to. The pictures accurately depict the home. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen included more than enough tableware and cooking utensils for us. Really liked that we had access to the garage since there were heavy dews and a day of light rain. We did have some ants show up in the kitchen one morning, but ant traps and sprays were available and that took care of the problem. (This is something you can expect at a farm house - it was not a big deal for us.) Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the property manager responded quickly to any inquiry we had during the stay. Would stay here again.

This house was like staying at my grandparents home. It’s beautiful and spacious but full of country charm. The family pictures and antiques are adorable. I will definitely be back if I have the chance!
