Located in a quiet townhouse community a short drive to the beach. You’ll have access to park 3 cars right at you home-away-from-home without waiting for an elevator.
Our home is 100% solar with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The downstairs is modern and spacious with a half bath. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the ball fields/sports complex for quick meals or relaxing between games.
The bedrooms are all located on the second floor with two full bathrooms. Our master bedroom has 1 comfortable king size bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has a a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. We also have a comfortable queen pull out sofa in the living room.The three bedrooms have smart tv's. All the decor and furniture are beautiful and new!
Spend quiet mornings at home relaxing on the private, fenced in patio with some coffee or swimming in the sparkling community pool. Inside, you’ll find an open, modern space with abundant natural light and pretty pops of coastal decor. The sleek kitchen is fitted with granite countertops and a full suite of brand new stainless steel appliances. Ample cabinetry, basic spices, keurig machine, 12 cup coffee maker and modern cooking appliances/tools make for the effortless and fun preparation of any meal imaginable. There is also enough space to dine together at the dining table or breakfast barstools located at the kitchen counter.
