Casa adosada grande y espaciosa en un complejo familiar. Ubicado en Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, en el corazón de Panama City Beach, entre Front Beach Road y Hutchinson Blvd. Los espacios de estacionamiento están ubicados justo afuera de su puerta principal.
Relájese, cocine a la parrilla o alimente a los peces y las tortugas desde el patio con vista al canal.
La playa está a tres minutos a pie de la isla y cruza Front Beach Road, donde hay una piscina privada frente a la playa, terraza, tumbonas y una cafetería.

Excellent stay! The host is very informative and helpful. Also messages super quickly. This property is on a tankless water heater so it does take time for the hot water to come on. I was kind of confused about how long we had to wait for the hot water to actually kick on into the main bedroom, the host messaged me abruptly. Let me know And we were able to get hot water for the rest of the stay. The view is beautiful. It is about a five minute walk to the beach. (Which I did time it and we were walking with kids) a one minute walk to the largest pool just keep in mind. I’m pretty sure the largest pool is heated so if it’s really hot, that might not be where you wanna be (literally felt like jumping in a lukewarm bath water not my thing lol) but they do have 10 other pool so not a big deal. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s huge it’s comfortable and as far as the decor everything is intentional it’s very cute beach theme not granny beach theme. This townhome is also close to a ton of shopping a ton of food. Panama is a super crowded place so the convenience of being walking distance to everything is honestly well worth it not having to get into traffic. overall, if you’re going back-and-forth between another location in this neighborhood, you probably won’t go wrong but staying here. You definitely won’t go wrong. with Canal views walking distance to the beach 10 out of 10.

Nice stay

This place was nice and close to the beach. Just a short walk through the resort and the beach is across the street. Owner has sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella for guests to enjoy. Very nice touch. Beds were comfortable. There were some personal items left behind under one of the beds by a previous guest that grossed us out a little bit. And there was some sand on furniture downstairs, so may need more thorough cleanings in the future.

Even though the weather was not great we definitely enjoyed the condo very roomy, clean and well supplied. Perfect when weather is rainy for family of 4 or more!!

Great, quiet location.

The host was excellent, as well as the property, in Panama City Beach. The house was very, very clean and was nice & kept up. One of the kids really liked the fold out murphy bed! Perfect location, we walked to enjoy the beach each day as well as each night to see the sunset. The location also included a beach house with pool and restrooms right on the beach. All of the surrounding neighbors were extremely nice in the quiet neighborhood. Putters, sand toys and all of the beach equipment - like chairs, umbrella and cart- were provided. Overall everything was great. Not only would we stay here again, we will also tell others about our great experience.

We love place very well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful time .

Excellent we enjoyed breakfast on the patio beside the water looking at the turtles every morning . And the closeness of everything was wonderful and nice big kitchen made dinner awesome with the nice big grill on the patio timeless .. Beds was comfortable and the short walk to the pool and beach was refreshing.. love this place…

Easy 5 minute walk to beach, quiet community, a little dated

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and about 1 minute walk to a large pool.. We enjoyed the townhome aspect which avoided larger crowds, waiting for elevator, easy to unload and load our luggage/groceries. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We are super ocd about cleanliness so we thought the cleanliness was just okay. Could use a new set of pots and pans.

Family friendly and highly recommended

We really love this unit. Highly recommended. The location is great. It's 1 minute walk to the pool, and 5 minutes easy walk to the beach through private access, which has pool next to the beach and shower when you come back from the beach. The house and rooms are clean and spacious, and they have a lot of linens, towels, and other supplies. The unit has all the beach supplies needed, such as beach cart, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, surf board, etc. Not only the kitchen is large, it also has kitchen utensils more than what we needed. We enjoy the large patio and large tables while enjoying dinner on the sunset. Our kids are so excited when they saw many turtles on the canals. The best thing we'd love about this unit is, it has hose in front of the house and on the patio, makes it so convenient when we came back from beach, to clean up before getting into the house and to clean and dry up all the beach stuff on patio. We definitely come back to this unit next year.

Great place to stay for family vacation

Great experience for our stay. Had questions during stay and owner replied quickly with answers. Would have rated higher but had to clean floor upon arrival. Think something had been spilled and floor was sticky.

Beautifully decorated and plenty of room!!

Everything was there that you would think you would need for a beach vacation . The location is great only a couple hundred yards to the beach and it’s right across the street from the biggest pool on the property . I will be using this location every time we go down to Panama City from here on out

Wonderful and pleasant stay.

The condo was very spacious with plenty of room. It was easy access to the beach with nice pools. We felt safe with the security that they offer. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to find somewhere to stay.

What a great, clean cute place for a family of 4 to 5

We loved it. The condo is exactly what is pictured then some. The owner has stocked the house with items you need to make the stay just like home. The house is also very clean. The beach is a short walk but there are rentals for golf carts that helped get around. The outdoor space is amazing and has a great grill area. Very centrally located. The pool and cabana provide an easy access to the beach and a bathroom as well. We will most definitely recommend this place to friends.

Very spacious!

Impressive furnishings and decor. Having a grill was a nice bonus. We didn't get to use any of the pool or beach things but it was nice that they were there. Only thing is there was not enough toiletries to get us through the first day. Other than that we loved it!!

Great Value for the cost and Great Location

This unit is in the Gulf Highlands and it is in the nicer part (on the island) with larger units. The location is across the street from the beach with a clubhouse and pool on the beach. This unit is well appointed with lots of towels and cooking equipment and a grill on the deck that overlooks the canal. The kitchen set up works well for saving some money by cooking and the beds are comfortable and the unit is very clean. Be aware that there is no wifi but it is available at other places in the complex.

Great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property while in PCB. This is our 6th year to visit PCB and this was by far the best place we've stayed at. It was spacious, clean, and very convenient to the beach. It had everything you need to feel at home. I would strongly recommend this property to others and we'll certainly be checking it out when it comes time to book next year's trip.
