Great greeting by staff. Friendly, prompt, the unit itself was very clean, had all the amenities you needed, especially liked the cooler and washer/dryer. The Sugar beach complexis very well maintained, we felt very safe. It was nice and quiet which is what we appreciate but close enough to South Kihei road to drive for groceries, bike rentals, etc. By far the best location we have stayed at on Maui. If we ever return we would stay at this unit again. We loved the sunsets each night.

Perfect stay

The condo was great, it was clean and well stocked and the check-in process was easy. We love the ground level ocean front location! We had coffee, meals and cocktails on the lanai, it was a great spot for beautiful sunsets. The property grounds were nice and well maintained, we sat in the hot tub most nights. The beach in front of the condo was amazing for long walks. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The view from our lanai was spectacular, seeing whales almost every day. Condo was well equipped with everything you need .It is very well kept and very clean. The beaches are grand and we put on many miles,walking them daily.

Great spot! Best sunset views on Maui!

Loved the ground floor location. Very clean and well equipped. Steps away from Sugar Beach which was very nice. Lovely sand and no seaweed or odor as some had said. Enjoyed the hula lesson by the pool. Sunset watching from the lanai was the best! We really enjoy the Kihei area.

Great condo - first time in Maui

The condo was exactly as described. It was really nice having close access to the beach directly outside of the sliding backdoor. We could easily see many whale spouts from our patio. Kihei seemed like a great location in Maui with a short drive to pretty much everything we wanted to do.

Best Maui Rental!!!

This is an amazing property!! We walked outside and the beach was right outside our rental. We had even more than we expected to get. Very clean, AC was great, internet access, Netflix and prime access, dishes, etc. This place is fantastic! Property manager was always in contact with us, I really appreciated the communication.

This is a nicely updated, clean condo in my favorite complex on Maui. Unfortunately the ac was broken for half of our stay not at any fault of manager. It just made for a very hot stay. The room was well equipped and clean and we would rent it again! Thanks

Great location

We loved having a condo on the ground floor facing the ocean. We could people watch whether on the beach or in the water. The only downside of the location is that there is a lot wind, and people told us that April 2022 was windier than normal. The condo had all that we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We had a hard time working the TV but it could be because we are not TV watchers. Overall, great place.

Awesome Location

The location is great on the first floor; and the condo is beautiful. Condo is stacked with lots of supplies. Here are the cons: 1. The vent in the shower was very dirty and dusty.2. The pillows in the master bedroom need to be replaced. Our heads hit the mattress as soon as we laid down on them.3.The bedroom ceiling fan made a rattling noise when on a higher setting.4. The headboard was very shaky, and anytime we moved while sleeping it made a very loud noise.Otherwise we loved our stay and would stay there again!

We love Sugar Beach. 5th stay here. unit was great. Lots of cooking utensils and eating stuff.

The person at the front desk was not very friendly. In fact rude to my brother who was staying in a different unit. The dryer was broken but they sent a repair person and it was fixed. We had a good week at the beach level unit.

Lovely stay in well kept condo

This condo was perfect just for 2 people! Right on the water was so lovely- although it is to be noted that the ocean floor right outside the condo is quite rocky, so if you want to stay at a beach that is perfect for swimming and boarding then this might not be for you. But a lovely beach for walking and fishing and watching the sunset! Chairs provided were a little broken also but they are cheap to rent. Lovely hosts and customer service, even left us a nice gift for our honeymoon trip! Would stay here again. Great location in Kihei.

Primo Location!

Unit was a little small...but was perfect for 2 people. In North Kihei and was a prime spot if you wanted to go to either side of the island. Nice and clean and steps from the beach and I mean steps.....like 10.

The property isn't really spectacular, but overall it's nice and clean. Location on the beach though, is outstanding! Being able to walk out of our room and look at this view, was priceless! The beach, which is literally steps away, was a wonderful beach. We did an hour walk every morning! This location/view is the main reason we will plan to re-book! Also, the customer service was great! No complaints at all! Our friends who stayed a few rooms down, was jealous that our room looked nicer, and yet the only paid $10 less.

Best View in town!

We really enjoyed our stay, the view is like no other! A 3 second walk and you are on a beautiful long stretch of beach. The Decore is cute but we were very dissapointed with the furniture and bed in particular. There were huge impression on the bed which made it awkward and very uncomfortable. We know it’s a rental but at this price it shouldn’t feel so “loved” we won’t be returning to this unit for this reason. I would still highly recommend but would suggest lowering the “wailea” price or change out the furniture.

Loved Unit 121. My trip was a sad occasion so the unit made the stay a bit easier.

Location perfect and the owners couldn’t have done a better job in decor, comfy bed and equipment in kitchen. Lovely.

Well Done !!

A great updated unit , steps from the beach , no elevator needed . The unit has every thing we needed for cooking and I do a lot of that on vacation . Bed , furniture and extras have all been well thought out . The owners deserve a big thank you for attention to detail for their rental property . We will book this unit again .
