Welcome to Shoalwater 1102!

The entire ceiling has be redone and looks great! Recently painted and new Smart TVs installed! Located on the 11th floor offering optimal beach front views.

Beautiful Gulf Front condo in the heart of Orange Beach. Shoalwater has it all, in a luxurious setting. 11th floor condo with stunning views of the beach and the sandy white shoreline. This gulf front unit will amaze with clear view of the beach and the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen! The balcony provides spectacular views of the beach with living room floor to ceiling glass for crystal clear views. This unit offers the most beautiful views of the sandy white beaches and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This gulf front condo has wood look tile throughout the unit (no carpeting) with modern power recliners in the Living Room, each with USB charging ports! Full granite in both kitchen and both baths too.

Master bath has a walk in, tiled shower, with Guest bath with tub and tiled walls. Great condo for a beach getaway!!

Complex has 3 pools - outdoor, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool with hot tub, on-site tennis court and fitness facility.

Parking permits required; 2 Max permitted; $52/vehicle

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates.

Mother’s Day Trip

Perfect Fall Break Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family's fall break. The condo and resort were clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning with a perfect view of the ocean and there was plenty of room for our family. We would love to come back in the future.

Overall, it was a great stay!

PROS: - very nicely decorated - just as shown in photos - plenty of balcony seating and living room seating - round tables on balcony and dining room were perfect for playing cards - perfect beach view - you can literally sleep 4 more people on the comfortable living room reclining furniture - short boardwalk/very close to the beach CONS: - bath towels are TINY - bedroom balcony door handle is broken off - dryer took several cycles to dry - living room ceiling is flaking/falling - baseboards were dirty/found some Cheerios on the floor

The condo was very nice and just as advertised. Location was great, close to everything and easy beach access. There are several games in the closet and our family loved playing those. Beds/couches were very comfy. The things we didn't care for was that every dish in the cabinets had food and/or a sticky substance on them and had to be washed before being used. We also didn't like the "violation police" that walked around and gave out violations. We were getting ready to go to dinner, sat our trash out to take it down with us as we left and got a violation. Others staying beside us got violation for having towels on their balcony. Seemed a little extreme. Also, the elevators weren't working properly and one of them was shut down completely, which made traveling to/from the 11th floor long/difficult.

Overall Bliss

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It is beautifully decorated. The layout allowed 7 people to stay comfortably. One thing, the cleaning crew should clean under the beds. There was trash and even a T-shirt from a previous visitor. We used the coffee pot stored in the laundry area for coffee instead of the Keurig. The coffee pot had moldy grounds. The extra details don't take a long time but make a huge difference. Overall, we had an amazing time at a beautifully decorated condo with an amazing view of the ocean!!
