The property is amazing!!! The views the river, game room, the awesome older things the have, that take you back to the day. We loved it, it's perfect place for any occasion. The hosts are very accommodating and respond very fast. I'm very grateful for them and that they provided a place that made some special memories for me and my family. Look for to the next time. The home was exactly as posted online. Very small and quiet neighborhood along the river. Christopher’s home was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials. Even bowls, toys, a crate and some treats for my dogs. By far one of the best hosts we have had. The communication was top notch. He had all the Davenport/Bettendorf “to-do’s and places to go” laid out. The Welcome Screen on the TV was a nice touch too.My group was very happy staying! Would HAPPILY STAY AGAIN.Thank you!

Great communication! Everyone had a great time. The deck and couch on it were pretty beat up but we didn't use it that much. Wished the dock was open too. All in all a good time and great location!

Great house for watching eagles on the river. Fantastic casual game room with lots to do. A lot of stairs, making it a challenge for elderly or small children. The house was well stocked. Very pet friendly.

Fun arcade games in the basement and lovely living space. Beautiful view of the river and an active eagle nest.

Perfect get-away for a long weekend

We spent 90% of our time here on the shore of the Mississippi (aka the backyard) relaxing, fishing, watching the wildlife and the ships go by. This was a perfect long weekend get-away.

Fall getaway

My sisters and i thouroghly enjoyed your home. The firepit on the rivers edge was our favorite thing, so pretty at night. Beds are comfortable as well as all the furnishings, just couldnt ask for a better place in this area to stay, thank you !

Terrific location on the Mississippi River

We had a relaxing stay. Communication was easy and trouble free. Beautiful and peaceful location. Clean, comfortable and well appointed with amenities close to quad cities if you want to go out but remote enough toenjoy the outdoors we will lagain on futre

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Cute, on the water, has everything you need. Game room was fun and a great place to hang out with family or friends. Supplies an XXL indoor dog kennel for our pup as well as cleaned food and water bowls. Very family friendly area.

Great stay on the river

We enjoyed our family getaway and were very comfortable during our stay. It was a lot of fun to watch the river roll by and have bald eagles for neighbors! The electronic pinball was a lot of fun. Many thanks.

Watching the barges and other boats was enjoyable.We also saw canadian geese and pelicans.The rooms were clean and well equiped. We spent most of our time outside. Beautiful River House

We so enjoyed staying here. A little nook of heaven right along the river. Hosts were amazing, very clean. The fire pit was the hook for us staying there and it was an amazing time sitting around the fire with a group of eagles playing along the river bank. Stay here!
