We enjoyed the cabin, it was a great layout and the owners were great. We did have some issues with cleanliness. We saw multiple dead roaches and rat poop. We contacted the owner and he sent a cleaner out right away. The cleaner didn’t do a very good job so there was still rat poop. The owner made accommodations with us requiring all this. If they have a new cleaner we would book again.

Great Family Vacation

Absolutely great location, close to everything in Helen, GA. Lots of room for the whole family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, kitchen was well stocked for making family dinners together and we really enjoyed the grill on the deck too.

St Helen Cabin at Christmastime

We had short stay mid-December. We were pleasantly surprised to see the cabin was decorated for Christmas, the host was quick to communicate and accommodate our change in length of of stay and everyone was happy with their rooms.

Mountain Getaway

Our stay was great! Highly recommend this place. Very spacious and clean and the hot tub was a nice perk. Marvin is very easy to get in touch with and always responds very quickly. Located in a beautiful and safe gated community. Would stay again.

Mountain getaway

Perfect spot for our family. We enjoyed the back porch at night utilizing the hot tub and fire pit. The Mountain View’s were refreshing from the porch and the inside of the home. Located close to Helen, without being right in town which we preferred. Close to some amazing hiking trails.

Fantastic cabin and location!!!!

The cabin was immaculate and clean. It is a few minutes from downtown Helen. If we didn't have small children and a our senior dogs, my wife and I would have probably walked to town. We will definitely go back!

Great, spacious home near downtown Helen

Overall, we had a great experience in our stay at this home! There were some issues with temperature regulation in the upstairs bedrooms where our kids were sleeping (didn't see any vents up there) and the hot water heater wasn't quite powerful enough to handle the showers of nine people within a short time. We would definitely stay here again though!

Fantastic place to stay for large group or small group. Great location and close to everything. You are warned that the driveway is steep but it’s even more scary in person. We parked on the road

Beautiful and Clean

This was a beautiful property. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were home! Whenever i contacted Mr. Marvin, he was always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful mountain home in a gated community. Plenty of space with decks that give you the opportunity to take in the views. Parking was the only negative as the driveway has a steep decline but was manageable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Gorgeous Cliff House

This beautiful property is three stories on a steep cliffside. Safe, secure and beautiful. Perfect place for enjoying the North Georgia mountains. Easy access to Helen for restaurants and shopping. Owner/manager maintains great communication.

Great Cabin for a quick or extended getaway!

This cabin has it all! My girlfriend and I were looking for a quick getaway to the mountains and this spacious cabin delivered and then some. We had such a good time that we are considering renting the place out for a week to bring out extended families. Plenty of space, perfectly decorated, the owner is super responsive, and the location is perfect. A+

Awesome Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home located in a gated community. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Marvin was so good to communicate with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that things were going well. We felt safe and even took walks in the evenings. Our highlight was seeing a bear the first day we were there.

Christmas weekend trip

Alpine Haus is a beautiful cabin located within 10 min from downtown Helen. The cabin was clean, roomy and very cozy. We had everything we needed and more! Beautiful views and lots of outdoor seating. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We loved that a Christmas tree was already put up and all we had to do was put our gifts under the tree!! The only issue we had was the parking. It wasn’t big enough to accommodate our vehicles. That was the only complaint but the rest of our stay made up for it.

Good community

I was impressed with check in and out gated security in the community. The house is very nice and accommodating. The road is very hilly and has a lot of blind drive, so be careful driving. Other than that, it was a pleasure to stay in the house.
