Nuestro retiro recientemente renovado cuenta con 3 cómodas habitaciones con dos master suites king y un dormitorio litera. Televisores de pantalla plana throughout..not que va a ver mucha televisión con la abundancia de grandes atractivos cercanos. Disfrute de rafting, tirolesa, kayak, tubing, parques acuáticos, paseos a caballo, golf, piragüismo, pesca, parque de los osos, refugio de vida silvestre, el ciclismo o el senderismo a muchas majestuosas cascadas cerca. Se puede pescar desde los balcones de esta amplia y recientemente renovado 3 dormitorios y 3 baños Rivers Edge Condo poca distancia a pie de todo. Sé que disfrutarán de este lujoso aldea de estilo bávaro en las montañas del norte de Georgia tanto como nosotros lo hacemos. Parking was very easy. I had trouble finding our room, so we went across the street and the receptionist told us the apartment number. From that point, we had no problem.We had plenty of room and sleeping accommodations were very good.We will definitely use this apartment again.

Location is about perfect, close to town to be out of town, but able to walk to everything including tubing (sorry that kind of doesn’t make sense and wordy, but that’s the best way I can describe it). Right on the river. Very nice and peaceful on the back deck. Overall, the place is very nice. Was very well stocked. We didn’t really need as everything. Was there to cook with.Beds were comfy. Really can’t say anything bad about the place. I would definitely stay here again.I watched kids fishing out back and believe it or not they were catching fish look like some brown trout. Can ease right into the river here too. No steep Banks. I had no issues checking in or while we were staying here. All restaurants are within walking distance as well.

The place is in an amazing location. Unfortunately, the host was not responsive and the place was not clean at all. No bedding for two of our guests, hair all in the showers, molded coffee in the coffee pot, ants all over, gnats all over the ceiling, dirty socks under couches, cheese stuck to the table. It was gross! The host finally replied the evening after we arrived on Thursday after several calls and messages and she sent housekeeping to the condo (Saturday), two days after arrival. We weren’t there so I told her we weren’t there. We don’t want anyone in there until we returned. So housekeeping went in and left brand new sheets that had not been washed. So I guess we have to do their linens too? I asked for compensation and was told they tried to make it right so nothing could be offered. You can’t wait until the day before check out to come clean a condo. We won’t return that’s for sure!

Good place to stay with ample parking. Could be cleaner however it is very serviceable it is right on the rive and good for a large family

The property is very nice and walkable to everything.. The apartment is beautiful and sits right on the creek with a cute play area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place to Stay, Great Location

We had a really good time. The condo has a perfect location and parking was great. Parking was under the condo. We rode motorcycles and it was easy in and out.

Simply nice

Condo was great for what we needed. 3 full baths were nice to have. Loved the location, within walking distance of downtown. The common shared deck was not an issue for us, we seemed to be the only ones who used it. For those looking to grill out, the unit itself does not have a grill. It is a shared one for the building; a public park type one. Be prepared to bring tin foil or something as the unit did not have any for us to use for the grill. Other than one night we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo itself. We loved how close everything was, we were in town for the Oktoberfest.

Nice Place to Stay, Great Location

We had a really good time. The condo has a perfect location and great parking situation. The architecture is kind of odd as all the decking/balconies are shared and the other renters can easily see inside the unit if you leave all the curtains/shades open. It is very dark and the unit desperately needs more lamps and brighter bulbs. We had a lot of trouble getting the tv to work. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy though.

Fantastic location

Right in the center of it all in Helen. And was a fair price. But the unit is just a rental and is slowly being beat down from use. It’s clear the owners rarely see the unit. The unit is cramped, and dark. Really dark. We could never get the TV to work in the den - the remotes were missing battery covers and batteries were missing or dead. The comms were ok, but inflexible. And to top it off - it just wasn’t clean. Most of Helen has gotten to that point I suppose - if you insist on the great location.

Birthday getaway!

We stayed 3 nights here for a birthday getaway. The location was perfect…right on the river…and we were able to walk to many restaurants and downtown. Parking was readily accessible in front. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the amenities. Great place to stay!

Great property!

We had a great time on and off the river. Parking under the buildings kept our cars cool during the day while we walked around town. Plus the host was really quick to respond to any comments or questions we had.

What a fun weekend!

This place was so much fun to stay at. We mainly used the apartment as a sleep and shower location. It was very clean and comfortable with nice blackout curtains! It is perfectly situated on the river where there is a small island, perfect for wading out and setting up some chairs watching the tubers go by. It is also just a short 10 min walk to downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

The location to everything was amazing. The bunkbeds however are very small for adult females and the sleeper couches bed did not seem to have been cleaned in a while. All the other bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bathrooms also had plenty of towels which was great. Overall the condo was perfect for what we needed for the bachelorette party.

I am proud to say that move was one of the best moves I have ever made. Our kids and their friends can enjoy the freedom to walk and explore without worry or the hassle of us chauffeuring. The adults can visit the sites, shopping & pubs to enjoy Oktoberfest then tube or walk home. After your visit I am sure you will love this Bavarian getaway as much as we do! I grew up in Hartwell, Georgia and often visited Helen to tube the Hooch and sunset horseback ride through the streams. When Sam and I married in 1996 we spent our honeymoon weekend in Helen visiting the parks, enjoying the Bavarian town, visiting the waterfalls & kayaking. In 2005 we finally purchased our own riverside retreat downtown Helen. Our four children, friends and colleagues have grown to love our retreat as much as we do. After visiting hundreds of times and consistent market watch, we purchased our perfect location downtown and riverfront. Our kids and their friends can safely roam while we enjoy our own activities and the car stays in the garage the whole time we are there. We know you will truly enjoy all that Helen has to offer!
