Located just one block walk from the ocean and boardwalk, this second-floor studio is the perfect home base for your next beach-cation! When you book this sunny escapade, you also are granted access to fantastic community amenities, including a sparkling pool, gas grill, patio, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

This beautiful abode offers a prime location where guests can enjoy concerts at the band shell on the beach, fireworks every Wednesday night in the summer, and movies on the beach. Other wonderful attractions include the Hampton Casino Ballroom on the boardwalk and Yoga Studio Retreat 339. You can also travel to downtown Hampton, which is the main drag for shops and restaurants, or to Seabrook. A little further down towards Hampton Beach is market Baskin.

Upon entering, you will come across a light-filled space with a well-appointed kitchenette with an electric oven, microwave, sink, and fridge. The space also features a smart TV with streaming options and free WiFi so you can stay entertained and in touch with your loved ones back home.

Hate to be critical but.. bathroom rug filthy and needs replacing; shower-head with misdirected spray to eyes and ears; sink not draining properly. Ceiling fan caked with dust. All throw pillows should be replaced or cleaned. Toaster element not working. Door lock was touchy and took several attempts daily to open. TV useless with no instructions. Hair dryer would have been nice. Only one extra trash bag. The “Gem” is tired and could use a refresh

Con - 2 long flights of stairs , very difficult to get to condo. I will always ask now. Bed not good. Not a queen as advertised. Very Uncomfortable and too small. No hair dryer and only one beach towel as advertised. No closet , no dressers. Could use knobs on all drawers/cupboards in kitchen . Left 2 nights early to go to our next destination. Cost me more but could no longer deal with stairs. Code to get into laundry area from parking was not correct after texting Vacassa. Turns out after a few days realized we could take 3 flights of stairs to get to laundry. With back and leg issues this just isn’t the place for us. Pro- clean, good A/c . Does have hot plate which if I had know I wouldn’t have brought mine. Nice balcony to people watch. Close to beach and seafood fest.

Overall I enjoyed…

The location was good and the property was nice. My rental was on the second floor but I had to climb a full flight of stairs to get to the first level and another flight to get to second. At my age (77) I don’t do stairs well when I have to carry my stuff up two flights! That’s my problem not the property’s. The only other thing that I found unpleasant was that there was no storage and very cluttered with the beach chairs and boogie boards at the door and vacuum and mops in the corner of the bathroom. All in all, it worked for me and the price was right.

Great location and price

Right across from the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Please note that it is on the second floor and there are no closets but plenty of hooks to hang your things. There is also no iron or ironing board if that’s something that you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach and Boardwalk, yet a half a block away from the crowd and the noise. The entire booking, check in and check out process was simple and not difficult. Room was nice!

Pros & cons: would stay here again

Cons: Finding the correct parking spot was a little difficult. It would have been helpful to know that the the higher numbers for parking was in the back behind the bldg on Nudd st/ave. Some conflicting info b/t online and contract re quiet hours, and hidden info like hanging towels in the outside railing. Prep cleaning didn't seem accomplished. Crumbs under toaster oven, tons of raining dust from fan, back of toilet nor windows cleaned. Lastly, the pool heater was out of order during our first day. We were informed it was fixed by our second/last full day but it didn't seem very warm, and the "hot tub" was the same temp as the pool. Pros: overall it was very nice, perfect size for my family, and the location was better. Short walk to casino ballroom for our show viewing sand sculptures along the way. lots of amemities we didn't actually need to bring from home, like kitchen gadgets & cooking spray, beach chairs and boogie boards, and extra towels. The resident neighbors were incredibly kind and welcoming. Loved having the pool option for my son but he did mention it needed to be cleaned as well. Overall: cons were minor and we understand that things happen like the pool heat being out of order or the cleaners not being up to par but overall extremely pleased with our stay and would absolutely stay here again in hopes that the hot tub works ;)

Perfect location

This place had everything you could possibly need with the perfect location. If there was something you were missing, you can easily walk to it. My daughter and I had an absolute blast and will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing Cozy Home

I loved how close the home was to the beach, like a 2 minute walk. I didn’t expect the home to have beach chairs and boogie boards but it did and the kids loved it. It was also great having a pool at the home that the kids could swim in. Will def recommend this place and book again!

Nice, clean and comfy

We had a very small unit for 4 people, but we had eveything we needed at our fingers. I would highly recommend this motel to everyone. Very affordable!

The property manager was not friendly nor helpful. She was very angry with me because I brought my little dog who is my service animal. She made it very clear the only reason she would have a service animal on her property was because it is the law. She told me she would have given us a different room knowing we had a dog. Because other people have allergies to dogs. I explained to her this breed of dog does not shed. She told me I should have called her in advance to notify her of having a dog. I told her I looked on the Expedia website for any instructions about having a service animal and there were none. I had to raise my voice to get the point across that I was sorry after apologizing several times and I would have done otherwise if known. She said if there was one bark out of that dog you are out. My dog is not a barker and did not whine or raise a fuss at any point during our stay, we were on edge during our entire stay. We will not stay there again and don't recommend to others with service animals.

Mini vacation

Great spot super nice neighbors. Only problem was to find our parking spot for us as directions did not come through and the phone rep was not helpful and just kept saying there was a spot but did not tell me to drive around the corner! Luckily another owner directed me! Otherwise everything was great.
