Summary:
Welcome to our completely remodeled "27 Craftsman" located in the country of Mt. Holly. This home is incredibly well designed w/ as many amenities as could be put in. Comfortable beds, bedding, fast wifi, four 4k TV's, washer, dryer, grill, leather sectional & so much more. Plenty of parking for trailers, boats & campers. Private, Peaceful & Tranquil (can even hear chickens!) but within minutes from shopping & 13 miles from CLT & downtown Charlotte & 7 miles from Whitewater center.
The Space:
You have 2 main entrances into the home. As you walk into the front door you will see the complete open floor plan all the way to the back door. The living room with a very comfortable leather sectional, Blu-Ray player, 65 inch 4k Roku TV is first thing you see. Then you see the large 8 seat kitchen table and stunning kitchen stocked with over 50 individual supplies (pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, wine bottle opener, glasses, children-ware, waffle maker, Keurig, coffee, cream, sugar, Ninja blender, toaster, kettle, tea and much, much more. In the back of the home is the washer, dryer along with iron/ironing board, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the right of the home. The first bedroom on the right is the "kids room" with a unique 3 bed bunk bed with full size bed on top and 2 twin beds below. Room has 4k Roku TV, Blu Ray player, board games and kids toys to keep the kids happy.
The second bedroom has the side entrance and includes 2 queen beds, closet and another 4k Roku TV.
The primary bedroom is in the back and includes a very comfortable King-size bed, 65 inch 4k Roku TV, Blu-ray player and large bathroom with double vanity.
The second common bathroom is located off living room between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 and includes a tub shower. Both bathrooms include towels, toilet paper, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash free.
Behind the house is a grill and patio.

Entire property is private and for guest. Ring security camera is located at side and front door for safety. Noise monitor located inside to very no loud noises for too long. No cameras inside anywhere.
