SUMMER DESERT HEAT Disclosure: Arizona is known for extreme outdoor temperatures, which can impact the efficiency of air conditioning systems. This home is equipped with two residential AC units, ceiling fans, and additional portable fans. However, please note that when temperatures exceed 110°F, it may be challenging for the systems to reach some guests targeted cooling temps during peak hours.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Ring doorbell (facing out), 2 cameras (front driveway & side yard gate). No cameras in the house or pool area.

PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles).

^*POOL HEAT FEE: pool heat is an additional optional fee, winter rate is $320 for a 3-night stay or $85 per night for stays 4 nights+. Contact host for a discount based on season or length of stay. Pool heat request must be made at least 1 week prior to check-in and payment completed within 72 hours.

***Late Check-out: - Failure to checkout on-time, without arranging prior late check out approval, will incur additional fees up $110 per hour of overstay.
