Peaceful getaway a few steps from the pristine Manasquan Beach. No streets to cross as we are on the beach side, just 30 yds from the amazing Manasquan Beach Walk. Full bath + cedar outdoor shower. TV, Internet, radiant floor heating and air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishes, pots & pans. Street Parking. Minimum 28 years of age. This is the lower level of a duplex. BYO Linens.

Great little place just steps from the boardwalk and ocean. Communication with the host was fantastic. Outdoor shower was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

“Steps to the beach” is right! We have been staying in Manasquan for some time now and we are looking forward to using these accommodations in coming years. It’s just what you need for a long couples week or small family stay.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Vacation!

Mike’s home was perfect for our family. The check in process was simple, the home was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Mike checked in with me during the middle of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.The location was hard to beat, easy access to the beach and walks to the inlet for family fishing in the morning was one of the highlights of the trip. We will be back and recommend Mike’s place to everyone!

Great location at beach

New build, well appointed, well supplied, everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Manasquan has a quiet beach without the crowds at Seaside Heights. Perfect for walks on the boardwalk, surfing, fishing. Nature preserve is a two block walk. My wife and I have been coming to the Jersey shore for years, and just loved this place.

Our week was wonderful August 2024

It was a wonderful stay. Easy access to beach. Beautiful and clean. Queen size bed really soft. I am a bit older and needed a firmer bed with soft top we sleep in the other room after the first night. My son came by on one night but loved the queen room bed. We had everything we needed.Owners were there every time we need to communicate. Wonderful Stay and beautiful beach.

Relaxing spring stay in Manasquan

The property is exactly as described. Looks like it has been newly renovated with new furniture. The beds are comfy, a nice welcome for a restful sleep after being outdoors on the beach all day. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the coffee machine. Also, included some tea options which was a perfect way to warm up after walking the beach. The hosts are very responsive to questions and very accommodating, before and during the stay, even provided an outdoor grill in the off season. We did not end up grilling as it was too cold and windy during our stay. While the unit is steps from the beach there is a house behind the unit that you will need to pass to get to the beach. Once on the beach it is beautiful and restful. Enjoyed our short stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. it was literally 20 steps out to the beach, and as someone who lives on the San Francisco Bay with beaches aplenty the beach in Manasquan was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise was my absolute favorite part of the day.The heated floors were very nice. The little apartment was well appointed and the washer and dryer worked well.The owners were thoughtful and helpful - even so far as finding a service for linen when I forgot to bring my own!We will definitely be returning on our next trip. I cannot recommend this slice of heaven any more.

We were looking for a place for ourselves where we could live on the beach, and we equipped the house with all of the high-end features which make it a comfortable space for friends and family

A few steps from the gorgeous Manasquan Beach. 1-2 minute walk to Carlson's Corner for Breakfast. 5-10 minute walk to Legget's for cocktails and dinner.
