Off the living room is a full bath with walk in shower and stackable washer and dryer. And wait for this... the light/fan in this bathroom is Bluetooth and you can play music while you are getting ready! The master bedroom features a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Full bath convenient to both bedrooms with a shower/tub combo. Roll away twin cot can be used in the living room. Off the kitchen is the door to the spacious fenced backyard. Enjoy sitting area under the beautiful towering shade trees. Grill some BBQ on the propane grill under the Texas stars. Relax in the hammock!

Guadalupe River access at the Faust Street bridge is no longer available as of march 25th, 2025 per the City of New Braunfels.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
