BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This elegant home features three beautifully decorated bedrooms that each offer a unique and comfortable place for everyone in your group to relax between adventures at the beach.

The primary bedroom is a seaside sanctuary that boasts a plush king-sized bed, soothing colors, and plenty of storage space for your clothing with a closet, dresser, and hooks. This room has an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy, with a tiled walk-in shower and plenty of light.

The second bedroom also contains a king-sized bed and offers a whimsical theme with a funky chandelier and colorful touches. This room offers lovely views overlooking the neighborhood pond and fountain.

Finally, the third bedroom is an epic bunk room perfect for children! The kids will love climbing into one of the cozy bunks built into the wall, while teenagers may prefer the plush queen-sized bed or additional twin bed that’s also in this room. This room has three arcade games and a fun dresser that resembles a Nintendo controller.

The bunk room has direct access to the second full bathroom on this upper level. This bathroom offers a dual vanity and a separate shower/tub room so that multiple people can use the facilities at once - perfect for larger groups!

The newly remodeled third full bathroom is on the main floor. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Need to keep the towels fresh? You’ll find a washer and dryer tucked away on the main floor.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE

Cooking delicious meals in the stylish kitchen will be a joy instead of a chore thanks to the sleek white cabinets and updated stainless steel appliances. The open-concept layout makes it easy to socialize with the whole family while cooking.

Enjoy your meals on the charming dining table, nestled in a colorful nook. There are six seats available around the table as well as two additional spots at the kitchen island. Finally, there are three more spaces available around the living room console table in case you need to accommodate additional guests.

Make yourselves comfortable in the bright lounge, which has plenty of natural light throughout the day. Sit back and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV after a long day of sun and sand at the nearby beaches. The kids will keep busy with the arcade games in the bunk room.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Step out onto the rooftop deck and enjoy the tranquil views and an energizing cup of coffee as the morning unfolds. This is also a great location for a sundowner in the evenings.

When you need a break from the direct sunlight, relax on the screened-in porch, where you can admire the serene lake view. Don’t miss out at night, when you can enjoy the fountain all lit up.

In addition to these private spaces, you can also enjoy easy access to Sandestin Resort’s community pools and beach. A six-seater golf cart will be provided during your stay, so you can visit some of the nearby golf courses, shopping, and dining options, as well as the Baytowne Wharf.
