Just 3 miles from downtown Cincinnati and walking distance to local bars, restaurants and entertainment. Minutes to Cincinnati sports stadiums (Bengals, Reds, FC Cincinnati) and local concert venues (e.g. Riverbend Music Center, MegaCorp Pavillion, Andrew J. Brady Music Center).

3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 family rooms, open style eat in kitchen and spacious deck for additional space to relax. Sleeps 6.

Free Street parking out front and private parking pad and home entry in back. There is a railroad track nearby behind the house. Sounds machines provided in bedrooms, if needed for light sleepers.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was great with plenty of room! Had a minor issue upon arriving and we were able to contact our host right away and all was resolved within a couple of hours. The house was equipped with everything we needed (from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms).Highly recommend this home.

House was in great condition, everything we needed. Met our needs and was very nice. Close to everything we wanted to do (Ark encounter, Newport Aquarium, Cincy Zoo, River walks and more. The only item to note is that it’s right on the train track…which isn’t the most convenient with the whistles blowing at early bedtimes for my kids.

We stayed here for parents weekend at Cincy. Just a quick 10 minute drive to campus. House was lovely-- clean and very comfortable. Cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. Walking distance to the river.

The house was very clean and organized. The downtown area was super cute and close with great places to eat. Its very close to the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper if may bother you, but they weren't long trains and didnt come through often. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great Stay

My family and I stayed here for a week. There was a slight glitch with check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The host was very responsive. The home was very clean, handy for what we wanted to do. Loved that the host provided soap, towels, bed linens, laundry pods, etc. Every necessity was furnished. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home! It was home away from home for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do and safe enough neighborhood to take walks. Close to some great food and shops in Bellevue. If we ever plan on going to Cincinnati or Newport again we would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location (Dayton is a charming town; easy drive to downtown Cincinnati, the Creation Museum, & Ark Encounter; several good nearby river-front restaurants.)Comfortable mattresses.A fun Welcome Basket with snacks.Helpful labels on lighting, shower access, WiFi password, etc. There is a nearby train whose whistle is loud, but we didn’t mind because of all the positives about the place.

A great rental in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was pleasant and well-appointed with comfortable beds. The location is just a short drive from Cincinnati and close enough to Kentucky's bourbon country to take a day trip. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay, great deal.

Very cool property with plenty of space for my party of 4, and could have had several more. Clean space, easy check-in, great communication. This was the best value I’ve ever had for renting a property. Very fair price, no excessive cleaning fees or chore list before checkout. I will look for this property first when I’m in the area again. Thanks so much!

Very nicely appointed with responsive host.

Roomy, nicely decorated, comfy beds, and nice little touches. Appreciated the prompt responsiveness of the host. Only downfall is a close by train track. Even so, this place was perfect for our girls’ weekend.

Great veiws

Great house to stay in. My kids loved staying here and the views where very beautiful from the balconies. We dont wear shoes indoors so the floors could use a bit more cleaning but overall a very nice and tidy and comfortable place to stay.

Family Christmas

We booked this house to have a larger space for family to celebrate the holidays together. We wanted just a cozier feeling than a hotel and we definitely got it. We felt at home but also felt the luxurious details the host has. White noise machines in the bedrooms, soft linen bedding and generously provided coffee and snacks upon our arrival. We had a hitch in the lock day one, but we heard from the host within minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, despite the daily trains going through. But it is minutes from everything in the greater Cincinnati area. We felt at home and well taken care of. We will definitely stay again!Cincinnati.

Football Weekend

We were very happy with the VRBO. Its in a lovely little town with close proximity to restaurants, bars and little shops. A short ride across the bridge to all 3 sports venues. Bradley was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend getaway

The house was super clean and comfortable! The parking pad was a bit tricky to find when we arrived but once we found it we were great. There was also street parking (those front steps are a trek!) but we used the back door. Up and coming area and felt very safe and the deck was great! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Niece’s Wedding

Our group consisted of 5 adults my daughter, son-in-law, son, grandson and myself. The house was perfect for all of us 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. The finished basement and open floorplan for the living room, dining room & kitchen was perfect. Check in was seamless and we received excellent instructions to access the home. Highly recommended

Annual girls’ trip success!

Five girl pals, from Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana, met centrally in the Cincinnati area to well, be girls! Although we’re in our 50s we are very active! We attended a concert, shopped, ate out and walked the quaint downtown area of Dayton KY and the levy protecting the older neighborhood from the mighty Ohio River. House was beautifully decorated, clean and full of everything we needed to just chill out. Definitely not a place for someone with disabilities as there are stairs everywhere. If we decide to converge on Cincy as a group again or if anyone else is considering it, I’d gladly use this house as my home base.
