The Salty Pearl is a beautiful new construction beach house located in the heart of Beaufort, North Carolina that hosts a maximum of 8 guests. You will be greeted with a cozy coastal living room to unwind after a long day at the beach or pool.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner or a family breakfast. The dining room seats 6 with an additional 3 barstools at the peninsula and high chair for the little ones. The main floor primary suite has a king bed, bathroom and walk in closet. The upstairs is comprised of 3 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one room has a twin daybed with trundle twin bed underneath.
Enjoy the salt air on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the sunset or sip your morning coffee on the back patio. We also have loads of extras in the garage for you to use during your stay including beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon, kids water table, pickleball paddles and much more! Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be brought by the guests. We do not provide beach towels.


There is a washer and dryer available to use, however, we kindly ask that all sandy items be shaken out before putting them into the machines. Sand could cause them to break.


We have monthly lawn, trash, and pest preventative maintenance to ensure you have a comfortable stay. These vendors may come on-site during your stay.



Other things to note:
There is an adjacent neighborhood under construction at the end of the street that may create some daytime noise.



HOUSE RULES:
No Pets or Animals of any kind

No Smoking or Vaping allowed anywhere on the property

No events, gatherings, or parties allowed

Max number of guests is 8

Please be respectful of the house and neighborhood amenities at all times

Lost Amenities Keys will result in a $75 fine

Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-8am

Please report damages immediately

Do not park bikes or golf carts on the grass

No Boat or RV parking on the property or in the neighborhood (please inquire about boat parking which is available for $10/per day at a nearby lot.)

Community dock is only to be used for drop off and pick up. No parking/unattended boats allowed.
