Fun Filled Lake House with access to water

Spacious 4 bed, 2 bath home with game room and access to the lake! The home sits on a half acre! Make some memories at this family-friendly place by Fishing off the dock, playing some Corn Hole, BBQ, or outside campfire! Want to be inside? Play pool on our pool table or play on the 2 arcade machines! The game room has a couch bed and also a trundle on the other bed! Have kids? They can enjoy the small kid bed in the master bedroom or the pack-and-play! Come play and make memories at our home!

I am available by phone or text anytime. It’s a quiet neighborhood with private gate access. Uber is scarce in Granbury. Make sure you have a car so that you can carpool to great spots like the Square and Stumpy's!

✅On check-out day. Please strip the bed sheets and pillow cases, but leave the pillow protectors on. Place bedding and towels in the laundry room for the cleaning person. 🧹
✅If you are checking out, or staying at the home on a Tuesday, please place the green trash bin🗑️ at the curb. Wednesday morning is trash day! Please put the green trash bins at the top of the driveway once it has been picked up.
🔥Follow any local burn ban rule
🚫NO furniture 🪑is to be moved or taken from inside / out, or vice versa.
🚫Do not take the white interior towels outside. If towels are stained there will be an additional charge of 💵 $5 per towel. Same goes for bedding, if any bedding/blankets are ruined you will receive an additional charge 💵 of $20 per piece that has to be replaced.
✅Use the colorful beach towels located in the basket 🧺by the back door for the outside kid pool.
✅ Double-check that you did not leave any personal belongings! ‼️ PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE BACKYARD! If damage occurs to sprinkler heads, you will be charged.
❗If check-out procedures are not followed and I receive an additional charge from the cleaning crew you will be held responsible for the💵 additional charges.💵 Late check-outs are not permitted if you do not leave by your scheduled check-out time of 11 am there will be a $40 late check-out fee charged.

We had a great time at the house! The game room and large kitchen table allowed us to have lots of room to play. The toddler sleeping arrangements worked out great for us and loved that there was a high chair as well.

Great getaway spot

Property is in a great location, inside a gated community that feels very safe. The process of getting through the gate was very easy and gave a great peace of mind. The property itself was a perfect spot for us to come back and relax after a long day of running races. We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available next year during the races.

Perfect Lake House

This home was perfect for us to host dinner for our daughter, her friends, and their families during Family Weekend. The game room was a great hang out spot for the college kids, the back porch was perfect for the parents, and the living room gave us an opportunity to mingle.

Lake get away

This was a fair priced home, with access to the lake down the back yard. It was a nice place to stay and enjoy a weekend away with friends. The neighbors were great aswell.

Great house, great neighborhood, boat dock

We had a great stay as a family looking for some time together. The house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teen and younger adult kids. Direct access to the lake was great for us. Quiet neighborhood with gate access. Neighborhood boat ramp. Host was very responsive.

Great time

We had a great time. Used this vrbo to spend time with family after my father died. We spent time sharing stories, looking at photos, and reconnecting with some. Was a great space for my younger cousin and my older boys. Outdoor space was great also. Would definitely come back

Great place for families, access to water, safe and secure neighborhood.

Super clean and well stocked home. Didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities due to short stay. Great game room for kids. Short drive to town. Limited water access but almost no boat, jetski noise. Lots of birdlife.

Loved the game room.

The good… The house was as pictured except that we expected more of a “staying on the lake” feel. Generally the house was clean but there were a few things I’ll mention in the next section. The pool table in the game room made the stay! If we were in the house, someone was using it. It was nice that there were some spices and a few extra things like that. Communication was quick and excellent! The not as good…. The yard was not mowed and quite tall. We stayed in June but there were a considerable amount of leaves on the back patio. There was a half driken celcius in the fridge. The master shower had the sprayer hanging but we were able to reattach and use. The master closet was messing with many hangers all over the place and a bathing suit hanging to dry.

Fun at the lake

We found the amenities of this home quite comfortable. Pictures are accurate. The shower in the primary bathroom is a step down that is a little tricky for recent knee or hip replacements. Nice open kitchen and den area plus a roomy, well-stocked play/game room. The most magnificent tree is in the back yard. So beautiful. Large covered patio. The grill is charcoal, not propane. The boat dock and slip was conveniently located just outside the back fence. Hosts quickly and thoroughly responded to questions. We will try to stay there again if we go back to Granbury with our grandchildren.

We were both born and raised in Midland Texas where we currently reside full time. Lance is a Real Estate Agent & I work as a full time mommy! We both love our careers very much. We purchased the GraceLyn Joy Retreat in August of 2022 with the hopes of
eventually turning it into a rental property for our family and others to enjoy! After many trips and months of hard work, we finally made it into the perfect little getaway! We hope you enjoy your stay!

We love the Indian Harbor community because its on the outskirts of town where its nice a peaceful! It's still close enough to town to enjoy a nice lunch date or evening drinks!

The backyard is very spacious and beautiful! it has many large live oak trees that provide just enough shade to keep you nice and cool during the summer months.
