Our home offers an unforgettable beach vacation experience that can comfortably host up to 16 guests, furnished with a community pool, and a refreshing outdoor space.

At the end of your beach-filled day, find comfort in one of our six generous bedrooms. Choose from four bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, while the other two rooms feature cozy bunk beds. Each king room is uniquely tailored for your relaxation; three rooms offer private decks with awe-inspiring gulf views to catch the sunrise or the calming ocean waves. The fourth king room provides a private sanctuary with its own mini kitchen and living area, ideal for unwinding or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

For our younger guests, fun and entertainment are guaranteed in our specially designed bunk room. With a foosball table, Xbox, a Pacman arcade, and a variety of other activities, it's a lively play area to keep the kids engaged. Should they prefer outdoor fun, the community boasts a swimming pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a basketball court just a few houses away.

Our home is designed to foster togetherness. The open living, dining, and kitchen area offer plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Feel free to utilize our propane grills for a delightful BBQ or relax in the outdoor hammock, serenaded by the gulf's soothing sounds.

Strategically located, our home provides easy access to the local attractions, shopping hubs, dining options, and entertainment that Destin offers. Plus, the renowned Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's restaurants are just a leisurely stroll away.

The home spans three levels:

The first floor offers a game room with two bunk beds (twin over full), a king bedroom complete with a full living area and kitchen, and an outdoor area featuring a private shower, lounging area, games, and picnic bench.

The second floor encompasses a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a living room, dining area, a king bedroom with a private terrace, and a sizable private balcony equipped with a propane grill and gulf views.

The third floor houses two king master suites, each offering vast private balconies, and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed. Also, a second set of washer and dryer are located on this floor for your convenience.

Guests must be at least 25 years old unless prior communication is made.
Pets, smoking, and monthly rentals are not permitted.
Accurate guest count is crucial for correct pricing.
Bedrooms are a food and drink-free zone.
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID, and purchase $99 insurance.
Non-compliance could result in booking cancellation without refund.
The house is part of the Terra Cotta community, offering amenities like a gated pool, tennis courts, and volleyball courts.
Vehicle is recommended for reaching the property; however, restaurants and beach are within walking distance.
Parking accommodates four cars, with additional community parking available with a permit. Commercial vehicles are not permitted.
A few cabinets and closets are locked for cleaning supplies and owners' storage.
