Even more outdoor fun awaits right across the street, with park amenities including a basketball court, sand-pit volleyball, and a picnic area. Golfers in the group can tee it up on-site at Power Ranch Golf Course, or choose from a number of nearby options off-site. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is conveniently located just five miles away.

At home, a plush sectional, an armchair, and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual family downtime in the living room. The kitchen boasts an upgraded suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, and a dishwasher for handling home cooking and cleanup with ease. A private, closed-door home office comes furnished for any remote working needs. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
