Brand New townhome in the heart of downtown Gilbert brings you everything you need for a comfortable stay surrounded by all the amenities of downtown urban living. Community features a community pool, nearby walking path, and is located 300 steps from all of the downtown amenities. Stunning interior with quartz countertops, new appliances, electric fireplace, 4 flat-screen TV's, located next to pool and other amenities. Additionally front patio features a fire pit and sitting chairs. Private 2 car garage. Amazing restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance.

We have a private hot tub located on the rooftop balcony. And is only accessible by stairs on this property.

This home is extremely clean! The beds were so comfortable! We loved the fire pit and hanging out on the cozy patio in the evening. Thank you for supplying the stuff to make s’mores, that was the best! It was also so nice having all the coffee varieties to choose from. The pool was right outside the front door, amazing! Walking distance to so many bars/restaurants. Just perfect!

Great Place & Location

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights as a last-minute booking. Clean, nice decor and comfy bed. Used the hot tub on the roof, which was nice, as well as the front patio. The 2 bedrooms are large and include bathrooms, so we would book again when traveling with another couple. Owner was very responsive via the app messaging.

Hiking girls trip

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The host was very responsive. It’s 2 blocks from downtown Gilbert and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy peasy!

May stay was incredibly convenient. My stay was walking distance to downtown and driving access to highways was very easy. The condo was easy to live in. All extras were provided, which was very appreciated. The area is pretty private and safe. I would stay here again and again.

Couples Getaway

Second time staying here and love everything about it! From the cleanliness of the property, layout and location everything was perfect! We love being able to walk to Old Town Gilbert so many great places to eat. Love this place and have it booked again in February.

This was our second stay and the place was as good as we remember. The neighborhood is fun and has everything you need right out the front door. It was clean and comfortable, with the rooftop hot tub as the cherry on the top.

This is the second time we stayed at this property, and just like the first time, it didn't disappoint! We love the cleanliness, charm, and convenience of its location. Sisters weekend

We wanted to get away to somewhere warm and chose Gilbert. We found the cutest place near the historic district and were extremely happy with our choice. It’s cute, perfect size and cheerful. Very nice features! I’d highly recommend this lovely house.

Perfect location to Downtown Gilbert.

Property was new, clean, and the listing was advertised. The two on-suite bedrooms here both spacious with walki-in in closets. We stayed for a month and having a nice washer and dryer was convenient The property was two blocks from the fun of downtown Gilbert. Our grandson visited for a couple days and the heated pool at the community was outside our door. Dean the manager was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a great time.

Perfect Location and Perfect Accommodations

We chose the condo for the location, close to the Heritage District. We walked to everything! Saturday Market, numerous restaurants and even antique shopping. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and provided everything we needed. Dean answered all of our questions promptly. Thanks so much!

Perfect Stay!

We could not have enjoyed this property more! The property was super clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with! Check in was a breeze and the welcome basket with smores kit was a nice touch! The whole stay was wonderful from The comfortable beds, to the amazing location steps from the Heritage district in Gilbert with amazing restaurants, to the pool and in and on. The highlight of this property was the rooftop hot tub which we enjoyed every evening. I could move in and never leave. You won’t regret booking this property!
