Sporting a classic stilted design, this inviting escape comes primed for carefree coastal comfort. An expansive private deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee, while the shaded ground-floor patio area offers endless outdoor entertainment with features including a picnic bench and a cornhole set. A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off sandy feet and beach gear. Just up the street, the Pepper Pavilion offers a small community dock for crabbing or fishing. There is also a community swimming pool for an additional splash of fun during summer stays. Galveston Fishing Pier is 15 miles from home. The Historic Pleasure Pier and The Strand District are both within 20 miles.

The raised interior features a sunny, open layout designed with family gatherings in mind. Gorgeous countertops and a full suite of major kitchen appliances are ready to handle home cooking needs. A Keurig and a traditional drip coffee machine offer morning brew convenience, and there's also a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup. An oversized sofa and smart TV set the stage for afternoon downtime or family movie nights. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
The community pool is only open in the summer, specifically from May 1st-September 30th, and is closed on Tuesdays for cleaning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
