This 2 bedroom, 1 bath private basement apartment sleeps 5 and features:
· One queen bed, one twin bed, and one twin bunk bed
· Fully equipped kitchen
· In-unit washer & dryer
· Fenced outdoor space - great for relaxing or pets (furnished spring to fall)
Just 20/25 minutes from Park City!
**You might notice occasional weekday daytime activity from nearby home building. The basement location keeps things much quieter. We also provide sound machines and earplugs for extra comfort**
This private 2BR/1BA basement apartment in Heber Valley offers 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and a private entrance, creating a bright, comfortable space ideal for mid-term & extended stays. Enjoy true privacy with a secure, locked door at the top of the stairs and your own fully fenced, furnished outdoor area (the driveway is the only shared space).

· Primary bedroom with queen bed, dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer/dryer
· Second bedroom with a twin bed and twin bunk bed
· High-speed WiFi and Smart TV with guest access to streaming apps
· Private thermostat for full temperature control
· Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries provided
· Whole-house water filtration system
· Private outdoor seating and dining area (awning removed and furniture covered in winter)
· Complimentary monthly cleaning for stays of 30+ nights
· Parking for one vehicle in shared driveway, plus additional street parking

Guests are renting a private apartment on the lower level of our personal home, no interior or exterior spaces (other than the driveway) are shared with your hosts.
We are available through the VRBO app and in person if needed as we live on property, however we always give our guests space and privacy.
· Our pricing adjusts daily based on demand. VRBO adds local/state taxes to the total rate.
· Travel plans can be unpredictable and we always stick to our cancelation policy
· Kindly review our House Rules and Checkout procedures before booking to ensure a smooth, surprise-free stay.
· You’ll receive a personal access code for the space - just for your stay.
· To keep the space comfortable and energy-efficient, please keep all windows and doors closed while using the heat or A/C. If left open for more than 5 minutes, the system will automatically pause and resume once everything is closed.
· No parties, smoking, or outside vendors, please.
· Our family lives upstairs, and while we’ve added extra soundproofing, some noise may still be heard.
· The driveway is shared with our family.
· This is a basement unit - stairs are required to access the space.
· A personal vehicle is strongly recommended. However, free public transportation is available:
· High Valley Transit offers daily commuter bus service to/from Park City and SLC during peak hours.
· Ride Micro is an on-demand service in Heber Valley (5 AM–10 PM daily) with pickups/drop-offs at local bus stops like the Hospital and Walmart.
