*DEAR FUTURE TRAVELER - As indicated on the listing this home is a top floor condominium in a privately owned building without elevators. Once you are in the home there are NO stairs. For guests who prefer to store gear at the mountain please reach out to us for awesome local referrals* Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for your recent stay with us at Retreat at the Prospector! We are so happy to hear you had a great time and loved the recent remodel! It is a spectacular renovation! Thank you for acknowledging the cleaning; we will definately pass your compliments onto our professional cleaning staff; they work very hard to make sure no detail is overlooked and that the home is always clean and ready! It is our goal that each and every guest have a 5 star vacation. We are sorry to learn that we fell short during your stay. We work hard to ensure our listings do an accurate job of representing the property both in word and in images. Both the top floor location and the lack of elevator are and have been on the listing since the beginning; it is also indicated in other places on the listing that there is no elevator access. We are sorry to hear that this proved to be an inconvenience during your stay. We have added a note to the listing regarding the stairs and we have also added additional vendors to our online help center where guests can store their gear at the mountain. We hope this will help any future travelers who may struggle with stairs. Thank you again. We appreciate your feedback and hope that our improvements make it more clear for future travelers. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope you will come back again soon!
