This beautiful, open concept, fully furnished home is just footsteps to Sunset Lake, harbor, beaches, entertainment, restaurants, and shops of the popular town of Oak Bluffs. 3 bedrooms (King, Queen and Full), 2 baths, all on first floor, the loft has 3 couches and large flat screen TV. The 3-season sunroom with TV and seating for 4 adds to the joy of the feeling of being outdoors. This perfectly landscaped home is located on a quiet, tree lined street, with plenty of off-street parking and large yard with fire pit. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could want or need: Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, trash compactor, pots and pans, place settings and utensils for 10, dining room with seating for 6, plus extension for added company. Washer/drier, linens and towels provided. Make our home yours, with FLEXABLE scheduling to ease the hassle of getting a boat with your car! Boat tickets may be available from owner!! No pets, no smoking.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, comfortable home and enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well as indoor. The house was immaculate and Chris was a super helpful host. The location is perfect- lovely and quiet but just a short walk to the center of Oak Bluffs. The perfect base for our visit to one of our favorite places.

Great location. Close to the Oak Bluffs water and business districts but far enough away to have privacy. Nice, modern home with all amenities. Great host communication, super responsive.

Fabulous Vineyard Family Vacation

All I can say is that the home is beautiful inside and out. It was beyond our expectations and perfect for our large family. The location is excellent with a short walk to the beaches, and the town. Chris is a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Fantastic girls weekend!

We stayed at Chris & Al’s home for our annual MV girls weekend and it was simply fantastic. The layout was perfect for what we needed. Chris and Al were so accommodating and friendly, we hope to come back next summer!

Home Away from Home!

Staying at this home was absolutely awesome! We have been coming to MV on and off for many years, so we are very familiar with the island and the things we like to do, while there. Chris's home is centrally located, so you are about a 10 minute walk from Circuit Ave where all the shops and restaurants are, and close to Inkwell Beach. The home itself, is lovely and had everything necessary for a perfect vacation. The decor is tastefully done, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-appointed and the perfect gathering space for coffee in the mornings, or family dinners in the evenings. There is also a fire pit in the backyard, which is fun to gather around in the evening. The house is clean and very well organized. You honestly, feel as if you are in your own home. It's very warm and inviting. The screened-in porch is lovely to spend evenings, watching a movie, playing board games or just sitting around having a good time. I can't wait to return next summer!

Such a wonderful, comfortable stay. My friends and I loved the backyard, outdoor shower, and screen porch. Chris was so communicative and helpful. Great central location while still being private. I would definitely stay here again!
