Beautiful home close to town. Nestled off of main highway with gorgeous views of Bear Lake. Short drive into town. Home is in a quiet area with trails and off road areas right out the back door. Drive-thru garage you will have full access to. Huge bonus room above the garage. Easy access to the lake. Master suite on main floor. 3 living areas with 65" flat screen smart t.v.s with Direct tv now. Loft upstairs your kids will love to explore. 2 washers and dryers for your use. STR License #015271 Come home after a long day on the lake to a beautiful place! Lots of amenities and fun for all ages. Kitchen overlooks the lake with magnificent views. Fully stocked. Traeger grill on deck for your use. Huge 15x8 swim spa! Patio furniture and huge mudroom to put all of your stuff out of the way. Brand new beds with comfy linens. Professionally cleaned after each stay. Please remove shoes when walking around home. 3 gathering areas to accommodate all of your friends and family. Basketball game in loft with oversized sofa and xbox. Brand new asphalt driveway and subdivision! The Swim Spa/Pool will be installed no later than June 1, 2024. It is a 15ft by 8ft full aquatic gym, pool, and hot tub. It’s the 15 Trainer by master spa if you want to look into the full specs. Check out how little chlorine is needed making your relaxation that much better. There is no better way to enjoy a sunset than the views we have from our Swim Spa. Max heat is 100 degrees. Let me know if you have any questions. The whole home will be available for use except for one closet under the stairs a few kitchen cabinets and the underground garage. Will be available by text/call Quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. Wildlife is in abundance around the home. Elk, Moose and deer are seen wandering regularly. Large deck that overlooks the lake with views that are breath taking Close to town. 25 minutes from Logan only 4 minutes into Garden city. Amazing restaurants with friendly locals. Enjoy bike/walking paths. Bear Lake is an amazing lake for boating, jet skiing, etc.

We loved the place! Almost everything was perfect. There was much of the house that looked like it hadn’t seen a good clean in a while though. That’s the only downside we had.

Wonderful Home

Such a nice house with tons of room. Setup for a huge group with lots of seating and even two washers and dryers. The game room is a huge plus!! Everything from hiking trails, cave, lake, kid activities and restaurants just a quick drive to town. Such a cute neighborhood with lots of new builds and land. Wouldn’t change a thing!!! Book this house, you won’t regret it.

Amazing view! Super convenient location!

Huge lodge with big family gathering areas. The view from the deck is to die for. Communication with the owners was excellent. You are just minutes from the center of Garden City, the free public beach accessible through Garden City Park, the adventure park and go-karts, the shops and restaurants. But you might want to just stay at the lodge because it's pretty awesome. Toys for the kids upstairs, little "secret" passageways between the kids' rooms, video games, board games and puzzles, tons of spices and staples in the pantry, nice garage, double laundry room, and fire pit. Every pan or dish we needed was in the kitchen. It was perfectly clean except the carpet had some spots (although clean and vacuumed)--probably because we rented at the very end of summer--Just a sign people have had fun there!

Better memories couldn't have been made!!

The home is astonishingupon first arrival. A great first impression! The house sits proud on the side of a beautiful mountain overlooking the rolling snow covered hills, city and Bear Lake. There was so much room to spread out and yet gather every morning as a family for breakfast in the huge kitchen, catch a few movies by the fireplace in the cozy loving room, and play family games every night. We even smoked a brisket and salmon on the Traeger. The teenage boys stayed upstairs and did whatever they wanted however late they wanted, while the adults slept in comfort and quiet on the main floor. The master is offset from the upstairs so no feet or laughs were heard. The beds were memory foam and comfortable and rooms stayed at the temp we selected. The hosts though, they topped it all off with perfrct hospitality and ensured the trip wouldn't have been better. We couldn't be more happy choosing this home. Well worth every penny.
