This Artists' Suite features an Ornamental Filigree Mural by our very own Capt.Gordon that greets you as you open the door and leads you into the spacious Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment.

Perfect for 1-2people for any length of stay & easily stretches to sleep a group of up to 6 for a long weekend/week

Our 1910 Edwardian Era building in Historic Downtown Frederick, recently renovated with all new interior save for some curved walls and wood floors, has charm and modern convenience.

The bedroom features a King Four-Poster Bed with a Casper Hybrid Mattress that gives you a great night's sleep, especially with the Room-Darkening curtains that turn it into a cozy cave ;)

The living room has a pull-out couch (queen) & love seat (twin) as well as a Smart TV for Netflix etc

The kitchen has all of the basic plates/cups/bowls/utensils/pots/pans and some non-perishable snacks (however we highly recommend taking advantage of the amazing restaurants during your stay)

There is a south facing concrete patio out back with a bench that transforms into a picnic table designated for smoking cigarettes or eating outside on nice days.

Centrally located with great natural light, this suite has everything you need for a great visit!

The area is well lit, the police station is nearby, and there are cameras surrounding the exterior of building, making it nice even at night.

3rd Floor walk-up, so pack light or prepare to carry the bags up :) we do have a wheeled dolly available for heavier bags.

I can’t recommend this host and this apartment enough. They weren’t kind to me during my stay and checked in on me during some bad weather. It’s clean, peaceful and beautiful! (You will love the wall mural!)

We loved our stay here..the best location and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever had at a rental! Our host was superb and very clear with directions to get to the property and info about the property. It was also very quiet! Some stairs to climb but that didn’t bother us at all, we lnew about them and packed light!

The place was exactly as advertised in the photos. The location is fantastic - walkable throughout the city. And, parking was easy to sort out in the garage nearby. A nice apartment with character!

Host communicated very well, gave good directions to rental and how to locate and easily access property. The location on Market Street in the heart of downtown Frederick is wonderful, especially during Christmas week. Host was always available by text and was helpful throughout our 7 day rental. The apt is fabulous, very well appointed and comfortable, from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom, and very clean. This was the best apartment we have ever rented anywhere.

I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. I am local to the area, and it was a wonderful staycation. I location is very central to downtown Frederick. I was SO CLOSE to all my favorite reasturants. The hosts were very responsive and made sure I was comfortable for my entire stay. They offered late check out since no one was coming behind me. They made everything easy and the apartment had everything I needed. 10/10 would stay again.

I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a place in the heart of downtown. Can’t beat the location. In addition, it was super clean with everything you’ll need for your stay. Finally, the communication and hospitality from the renters were outstanding. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful stay!

We went for the Fire and Ice festival. Location was perfect. We parked and never used the car. We could walk to breweries, the canal, restaurants... The place was spotless. Loved the fireplace heater. Stocked with snacks, condiments, toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

This was such a great stay! the host made a great effort of showing hospitality and answering any of our questions promptly. They truly made sure that everything was simple and pleasant for us during our stay. the check in process was easy to navigate and the place itself was wonderful! a very clean space and a comfortable interior that really makes you feel at home. the kitchen was easy to use and had plenty of dish ware, pots, pans, etc; to make having a night in a breeze. the location itself was very convenient as well with plenty of shopping, parks, and restaurants all nearby. this should be a go-to spot when staying in downtown!

Carroll Creek Linear Park is beautiful in all seasons and stretches in both directions from us with fun bridges and awesome murals & sculptures and sweet fountains.
