Rent By the weekend or the week. Multiple-week & monthly stays with ID. Additional cleaning fees /week will apply based on circumstances and pet fees. Pets are typically not encouraged but I will consider by the situation and the dog. Small dogs (under 20 lbs, with good manners and a healthy bladder, no parasites or skin problems, please. There's open-sided stair case to 2nd floor and a knee wall on 2nd so falling risk is great... no toddlers or special needs guests, please. There is a park with ball field, swing set and jungle gym and dog work out, half a block away.
