Welcome to Miramar Beach Villas 106

Miramar Beach Villas consists of 20 townhomes nestled in a small town center atmosphere on a gated cul-de-sac street. A few steps from our home you can relax at the Tropical pool surrounded by landscaped grounds. Take a few more steps and you'll be at the private beach access.

Our two story 3BR/3BA + Bunk alcove Villa comfortably sleeps 10. Spend your time away at the tropical community pool or spend the day at the beach.

This townhome is like new! Large spacious common area (living room, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar). Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms! Private balcony on second floor. Living area features flat screen TV and surround sound stereo! Free internet! Bedrooms are king bedroom, one queen bedroom, full plus twin bunk and a bunk room with a twin bunk.

This intimate beachside community is located just west of Sandestin, close to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, fishing, golfing, dining, and shopping. It is the ideal Beach Resort!

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Thank you for the perfect stay! The house was clean and well equipped to meet our needs. The walk to the beach is short and the home is central to multiple activities, restaurants and shopping/stores.

Family Vacation

Very nice vacation house. Plenty of room and close to the beach. Beach access is across the roadway but no beach associated with this property in that direct area as it was all private so we had to migrate over to the public beach area. Pool was very close. Overall a very nice place to stay. Very close to grocery store and local restaurants. We would stay here again!!!

My family stayed a week in this amazing Vrbo. The property was exactly as described. Very spacious. Very clean neat and comfortable. Super close walk to the beach maybe 3 minutes. They immediately responded to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again. 4 thumbs up!

Great location plenty beds very nice home

Everything was great, but it needs new pots and pans. Pot and pans were very old scratch can barely cook anything. Other one Han that everything was great. AC was nice and cool washer dryer worked good

Great location

The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you

Pleased with our stay and location

Great place to stay! There was only one king bed and the rest were fulls or twins so if two families are traveling together just be aware of that. The grill did not work well so hopefully the management company will take care of that. The management company was super responsive to any issues or questions we had. There was plenty of towels and a nice starter pack of supplies for when we got there. The appliances are a bit older but they got the job done. It was super close to the beach and the pool on the property was very nice but not heated. Internet worked well and there were TV’s in all the rooms for downtime.

Great!

The house was nice, clean, and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, and there is a grill out back, too. Very short, easy walk to the beach. Beach access right across the street and the house is close to a beach bar which we enjoyed going to for frozen drinks. The listing did mention a slight view of the gulf from the master balcony; however it’s not even worth mentioning in my opinion. You wouldn’t even notice it if you weren’t looking for it; it’s really just the tiniest sliver of blue on one side. The beds upstairs were all very comfy; the full bed downstairs could be softer but that’s not a big deal. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and had no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay!

The house was absolutely perfect. I do feel like it slept more people than advertised. It was a great location and just a short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the first night. The front door says to pull up on the handle to lock, so we did. We woke up in the middle of the night with the front door wide open. After a bit of a panic lol we figured out that pulling up on the handle did not work. Luckily, if the door is properly shut you cannot open it without the door code. Other than that episode, the house and everything was just perfect!

Nice, Spacious property close to beach

Small private complex right across street from beach making it a short, easy walk. Private beach access made it easy too. Unit was fairly clean, but could use a deep cleaning i.e. stair hand rails, hand & food splatter on walls, etc. Refrigerator missing shelving, so space was limited for food. Kitchen was missing the large stock pot, so cooking things like spaghetti was challenging. Grill on patio was left filthy, so we had to clean it before we could even use it. Overall, unit was nice, but could use a little more attention to cleanliness!!
