Nuestra hermosa 1 dormitorio, condominio 1 bano se encuentra en el corazón de la impresionante Seascape Resort que cuenta con un desafiante campo de golf de 18 hoyos, Pro Shop, 8 pistas de tenis, 5 piscinas (una climatizada en invierno) y acres de hermosos jardines terminando en el impresionante Golfo de México, donde puede relajarse en la playa Resort con una copa en el bar Tikky o tomar una comida completa en la cola de la ballena restaurante.
El dormitorio tiene una cama 1 rey y la sala de estar un sofá cama, durmiendo total de 4. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, vajilla y necesidades de cocción.
Servicios de condominio incluyen: conexión inalámbrica a Internet, TV en cada habitación, asientos al aire libre cómoda y comedor.
Seascape Resort se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche de la plata Outlett centro comercial con más de 100 tiendas de marca, una unidad de 10 minutos de Destin Commons Mall y del delirio de Cine, a 15 minutos en coche del puerto de Destin. Grandes restaurantes y cosas divertidas que hacer están en el área vecina. Muy cerca de la tienda de comestibles, gasolinera, tiendas de licores, etc.
El apartamento está en la planta baja y situado en una zona similar a un parque (ver fotos) con la piscina justo a su lado.
Un lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un día en la playa. También un entorno muy amigable mascota debe a su mascota le acompañe. Lo mejor de todo, el apartamento está a pocos minutos de la playa donde hay un aparcamiento para residentes o 5 minutos a pie. También hay un servicio de autobús durante la temporada alta.
También por favor especificar la consulta del animal doméstico en su reserva, ya que hay ciertas condiciones que se aplican.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo near the beach

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The kitchen was stocked so we could cook with no issues. The beds were comfy. And we were near the beach, a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Moon Crush

We could see the pickleball court behind our condo and could hear the musical groups rehearsing. It was a short 10 minute walk to the venue. The property manager was readily available for questions. We would stay there again.

Very Relaxing

We loved it here. The grounds are very pretty. We were across from a pickleball court so decided to learn the game. So much fun. The pool was next to the court and a golf course runs through the property so we golfed also. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. The only negative ( and I wouldn’t stop me from staying there) was when people rented the upstairs you could hear them walking around. Lucky for us it was vacant most of the 5 weeks we were there.

The place was in a gated area which was nice. Can walk to the beach or other places within 10 minutes. Host were great communicators and all went very well. Would stay again if down in this area.

Awesome place!

Have stayed at SeaScape many times. This was another great experience with a great owner who communicated very quickly with any questions we had. TV needs to be updated as the screen had lines running across it. Seemed to be damaged before we arrived. But we communicated this with the owner and a new TV was offered. Overall awesome vacation!

Great location and quiet!

Loved how close this unit was to the beach, as well as the family vibes, updated kitchen and appliances, and how quiet it was! The only downside was not having the gate code for the gate closest to the beach. We had several issues getting DoorDash deliveries because of this, but overall, the stay was wonderful. Will try to book again next year!

Nice, but overpriced.

The condo was close to as described. Loved the ground floor w/ close access to one of the pools on grounds. Having myself, wife and two teenage boys things did tend to get tight at times within the one bedroom, one bath condo, but it worked. I do believe for where the condo is located on Seascape grounds and the distance from the ocean it was a bit pricey. The condo could use some renovations in the bathroom (old tile, paint peeling, hairy drain, ceiling cracking) along with the hall closet needing an update. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo along with a well stocked kitchen. My wife and boys took full advantage of outside patio area as much as possible. We thought the walk to the beach was a little more than we had hoped for, but there was a parking area we took advantage of directly across street from Whales Tail where parking was available for guests going to beach, to eat, etc. Our final issue was with the checkin time of 4pm. This just seems really late for us. I had contacted the owners about possibly getting in earlier and were unable due to late cleaning services. I think people should be able to get in before 4pm it just kind of left us in limbo for awhile until the condo was ready. Overall I would give the rental a 3 1/2 - 4 out of 5. It could be really, really nice if a little $$ was spent on updates and I think it's a bit overpriced.

Nice property with good location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was ideal. It was close to the beach and local attractions. We also had access to the pool and pickleball courts. Although we did not get a chance to use either, both looked well maintained. The property was so pleasant. We had everything we needed. We felt safe in the resort area. The owners were very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a one-bedroom property.

Beautiful Beaches!

We had a lovely stay at the Seascape Resort. So nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella available for use! The place was very clean and super close to pool and tennis/pickle ball courts! Mihaela was very responsive to questions we had. Wonderful to work with! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great beach cottage!

This villa was all that our family of 3 needed for our trip to Miramar Beach. It’s clean, has a relaxing view of trees and landscaping, and the pickle ball court and a pool are just out the back door! We found this villa to have more amenities than mentioned in the listing: -a Keurig (which was GOLDEN for me) -3 beach chairs + 3 boogie boards - hooks galore! I was so appreciative of the thoughtful touches, such as an abundance of hooks to hang all the things -the kitchen truly is well-stocked with cooking supplies, although I had no intention of cooking while on vacation! -a drying rack atop the w/d unit, plus more hooks on the patio for towels and wet swim suits -a broom, dustpan, and vacuum- THANK GOODNESS because that sand will travel back with you no matter how much you shake things and rinse yourself We purchased hand soap for the sinks (a small hotel-like bar of soap is provided). Based on another reviewer’s experience after adjusting the air conditioning, I did not bump the thermostat down to a more comfortable temperature for us, so I was pretty warm all week. The guests upstairs walked loudly but aside from that, Seascape is a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy! The Miramar Beach area is a bit less busy than Destin, although we did travel to Destin for most things. We used the parasailing company, Apex, which is right there next to the Whale’s Tail restaurant on the Seascape beach (just a little white shed, no signs), and enjoyed parasailing, too.

Relaxation and beaches

A great week. Proximity to beaches was excellent. Condo was clean and all was quiet. And the guys at the gate… fantastic. Helped us get our bearings the first few days. All in all… a great trip. We will be back to Destin again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here, no issues at all. We’ve stayed at different locations in Seascape over the past 11 years and this was one of the best. We had our two dogs with us and this condo was perfect for them. Mihaela was great to deal with and happy to answer any of our questions this is definitely at the top of our list for next year
