Hotel California— Incredible gulf views and tons of space in Inlet Beach

A lovely, luxurious three-level home that’s located within the premier Inlet Beach community, this breathtaking beach house keeps you close enough to the shore so you can hear the soothing wave sounds and breathe in the fresh, salty air, while also providing plenty of peace and privacy to relax and recharge. You’ll have space for up to 14 friends and family, plus lots of extras too— like bicycles, an elevator, and easy access to the beaches and nearby community swimming pool. Let’s begin our tour on the third floor, where our favorite spot in the house is located. Outside through the glass door lies the penthouse-level TERRACE that allows for jaw-dropping views of the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, plus plenty of space for socializing. You’ll find you spend most of your time out here— grilling burgers on the grill, catching some sun on one of the lounge chairs, reading a book in the shade, or simply gazing out at the incredible views that surround you. It’s a dreamy spot to sip your morning coffee or serve your crew sunset happy hour cocktails.

Back inside in the LIVING AREA, a neutral sectional sofa sits underneath a gorgeous coffered ceiling and faces the large HDTV— an ideal spot to kick back with your family to binge-watch your favorite TV show.

In the KITCHEN, a glossy waterfall quartzite countertop creates the perfect center island with casual seating for four, while nearby the DINING SPACE has a table that seats 10 more. Premier appliances include a gas range, an in-drawer microwave, a dishwasher, and a huge refrigerator. A sparkling glass tile backsplash surrounds the chic open shelving, which holds pristine glassware and dishware.

Take the elevator or the stairs down to the second level, where you’ll find four serene bedroom suites. The laundry is also located on the second floor, off the hallway. In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, there’s a king-size four-poster bed plus an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a double vanity and an amazing “wet room” that includes a soaking tub and multiple shower heads. The three other BEDROOM SUITES each boast sumptuous king-size beds and FULL ATTACHED BATHROOMS— perfect for multiple couples traveling together.

On the lowest level, there’s a spacious BUNK ROOM with two twin-over-queen-size bunk beds and a large HDTV that the kids will adore. This fun room also includes an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM. Through a set of charming barn doors lies a SECONDARY LIVING AREA, complete with a comfy sofa, large HDTV, and even a KITCHENETTE with a fridge, ice maker, and sink for easy-peasy snack breaks.

Guests of Hotel California will also enjoy plenty of parking, including two driveway spaces and one garage space, plus six cruiser bicycles for exploring the area. You’ll also be steps away from the community swimming pool that is shared by only seven homes, and the white sand and warm waters of Inlet Beach. And for an afternoon of shopping or an evening of entertainment and delicious dining options, exciting Rosemary Beach is close by too.
