Right as you enter this home, you're greeted with an ample entertaining space with warm, coastal décor. The first floor offers a living space (with a queen sofa bed), a kitchen w/ quartz countertops, all of your cooking essentials (and more!), a dedicated dining area, and a master suite w/ a king bed + ensuite bathroom. Directly off of the main floor master is the back balcony, which takes you to the rear parking area.

On the second floor, you'll find 2 additional master suites – each with their own comfortable king beds, and their own private ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom offers a sitting area, and their own private ensuite bathrooms and balconies to enjoy a large cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise and smell the salt air.

The third floor offers a wet bar, which leads to a large balcony with ample seating and pocket Gulf views. Also on this floor, you'll find a bunk room with (4) queen beds with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony directly off of this room.

~ Beach towels or beach gear are not included in your stay.

~ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. This home resides in a small community with long-term Bungalo residents and is very much a family-friendly area! All loud noises will be reported.

~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed.

~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in additional cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.

~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages to the property and additional charges. The owner of this property loves their home and arranged it this way for a reason and for your enjoyment!

~ NO illegal drugs or firearms are allowed on the property. If this is suspected, guests will answer to the authorities and the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

~ Unfortunately, this property cannot accept animals of any kind - this includes Service Animals - to keep the home allergy-free for all guests and homeowners.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
