Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Spa, covered picnic area Barbecue grills, Tennis, Basketball, Racquetball courts, Exercise room & Pickleball courts. walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4th floor with an elevator & stunning view of the lake.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

We had a wonderful stay! Josh and his team were great to work with, and their process was super easy to navigate! The condo was ideally located and within walking distance of shopping and dining:) The amenities were terrific as well.

Wanted for nothing.

The condo was nicely appointed, clean and communication was excellent. We visited family locally and it worked out well. Easy access to close beaches. Pool was lovely. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available. Have tried to rate this all 5 stars but the app was not cooperating.

Wonderful Stay

The property manager (Josh) was outstanding!! Anytime I reached out he responded immediately. Very impressed as other experiences with other managers are like finding ghosts, you know they are there but never speak and you can’t find them.The property was exactly as described. Clean, safe, very comfortable. Next time I’m in Naples I am definitely renting if available! Working appliances, coffee maker a bit of a head scratching but with trial & error was successful.

Great unit very convenient to everywhere in the Naples area. Stores, restaurants and shopping close by, easy access to major roads and great on-site restaurant, and pool. Would stay again.

Clean & quiet, centrally located for golf

Clean, quiet. Liked having dishwasher & clothes washer/dryer Do not bother with Hogfish Harry’s Site didn’t mention if we wanted earlier checkin to request that when booking. Josh didn’t get back to us with emailing an ok when we were checking in until it was too late. Disappointed

Nice plan for small family

Tidy place to stay for 2 adults and 2 small children. Nice laundry machines which were great to have available. The communication was good.

Great location, very convenient, very clean, well equipped. Air conditioner was somewhat noisy, hair blow drier needs to be replaced, twin bed mattresses need to be replaced.

Naples Park Shore Resort Rental

The Unit we stayed in was clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant. Its location was mid-way between the 5th Ave shops and the Mercato and had easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores.The on-site management was very pleasant and helpful.

Major failure of Report of Conditions

Was never made clear the location is under renovation constructions. We chose the location for the waterfront view. The balconies were under construction and the view was covered with plastic, so we never saw "The View" for which we chose the location. Could not rest anytime during the day due to the construction noise. Came back to location around lunch one day only to find (3) men in our room working on a door. Was not properly informed these men would need access on this day. Was incorrectly told they would arrive the following day. All of our personal property was in full view and access to these unknown men. I will never choose this location again. Far overpriced and well underdelivered. No consideration was given to me by management due to construction in progress not being clearly reported to me prior to my reserving and paying for the (4) days I stayed. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

A bit disappointed

Josh was very responsive and an excellent source of information. We realized we missed the fine print when we arrived and did not have access to the lanai, due to construction. We contacted Josh and he explained everything, including the reason for the 15% discount. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy our week by playing tennis, pickleball and visiting friends. In the future, we will do our due diligence to find a more suitable unit.

Beautiful updates!

This was a wonderful, very clean, nicely appointed space - great location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants! They even had beach towels (so don’t pack them like we did) and ice cold water upon arrival in the exceptionally clean refrigerator! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely condo!

We really liked this condo and we have stayed at several others in the complex. Everything from furnishings to appliances were very well kept and in good shape. The lanai was great with the table and chairs along with the extra chairs and footstool. We liked the view and could still see the ducks!!The temperature control was very modern and updated. The complex has a great pool fitness room etc. We would stay here again!

Park Shore Resort

The unit was just as it appears online. It was nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated. The kitchen was well equipped. The lanai had a table and chairs and several other chairs and had a pleasant view of a fountain and greenery. It was very clean. The pool area was very nice and plenty of seating. The lanais on a building nearby were being repaired and the construction was occasionally noisy. There was a fun group of people for drop-in pickball.
