Deluxe Floor Plan & an amazing view. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ grills, Basketball, Tennis & Pickleball courts & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples's Famous Beaches, a peaceful and centrally-located place.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There's parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there's on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort's prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.
Smoking Policy: Strictly prohibited within the unit and lanai. Please use the designated smoking areas onsite.

So relaxing

We were in Naples for purposes other than vacation. This property made our down time so much better. Super clean, super stocked and super comfortable.

Wonderful Park Shore stay

Wonderful accommodations and lovely property. The Hosts were highly communicative and every detail was attended to by them. Beds were very comfortable. View from the veranda was beautiful. Such an enjoyable experience. We will return !!

Nice place

Nice suite with everything you need. Excellent restaurant on the property. Didn't use pool but it is a great area with landscaping, waterfalls,etc.

Newly renovated unit

PSR is an ideal location with shopping, restaurants (one on the premises), beach close by. This unit was newly renovated and very comfortable. The owner was attentive to any questions we had. I recommend staying here--you won't be disappointed.

Good experience

Park Shore Resort is in a great location with pool, restaurant, and exercise facility on the premises, amenities we were looking for that add to the experience. There is a Publix grocery store across the street. Our unit was newly renovated, which is why I gave the online listing 3 stars because the web pictures had not yet been updated. Josh, the owner, checked in to see how we were doing and was quick to respond to a few glitches in the remodel. (We were the first to stay there after the redo). A comfortable up-to-date unit and a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Annual Sisters Trip

My sisters and I absolutely loved our stay in this condo at Park Shore Resort! The renovations and updates made to the unit made it so nicely appointed and comfortable! We kept saying “we really like this space, let’s make sure to get this exact unit next year”! Little touches like coffee and welcome drinks (waters and sodas) were so appreciated, and extra blankets and pillows gave lots of options for good sleeping. Love the ceiling fans too! The only recommendation I have is for an upgrade to the primary bedroom mattress as it wasn’t the *most* comfortable and the rest of the condo was awesome! Josh was so responsive, easy to work with, and was flexible to give us a later check out due to end of day flight. Don’t hesitate to book this space! We would love to stay again.

This resort is not welcoming to School Age Kids

The manager of the property, Josh, was kind and helpful. However, the fellow guests at this resort were not. They made it very clear to us that they did not want to share the pool with kids. My son was simply standing next to the pool and an elderly gentleman yelled at him “Move out of the way. Your blocking my view of the pool.” They yelled directly at my kids several times for no good reason and when my husband told them to talk to us rather than our kids they called the police on us. One elderly woman approached me and said “we’re just not used to having kids at the pool.” We were traumatized by the whole experience and took a significant monetary loss to move resorts after 1 night. The apartment certainly needs some TLC - baseboards falling off, furniture is old and scratched up, and there was an ant problem in the kitchen, however I could have easily overlooked all that had the fellow guests not been so awful to us.

Great Condo!

This was a great place to stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and a great location to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The resort has multiple grills in one area (which must be cleaned daily as they were spotless) with a patio area to eat or there is a restaurant on site, pool, workout area -lots of amenities. Josh our host was excellent and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Mini Vacation

My husband and I were looking for a short getaway from the cold north weather. We always heard that Naples was beautiful so decided on this location. There were many amenities available to us but since it was such a short stay we did not get to enjoy them all. Beautiful landscape and great location. The unit was bigger than we needed but comfortable. It was nice having all the comforts of home! Josh was attentive to any concerns we had. Found out we have friends that stay in this exact same community for six months of every year. Would definitely recommend others checking this out.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Park Shore. The unit was exactly as pictured. The unit was super clean, spacious, and perfectly located. It is well stocked with everything we needed. The resort is so beautiful and relaxing. We had a short stay but look forward to planning our return. Thank you Josh!

Exactly as described

The description of the condo was exactly what we found. The decor is updated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with essentials, and the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were especially appreciated. We enjoyed walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. Josh was very attentive and immediately addressed any questions and concerns we had. We would definitely return.

This place was exactly as described.

This location had everything we needed, including a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a cooler, plus a well-stocked kitchen and nice linens. We would defiantly stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a great long weekend at Park Shore! The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool on site was clean and plenty of chairs, and the restaurant next to the pool Hogfish Harry’s was great for happy hour or lunch/dinner. Park Shore itself was in a great location. Walking distance to Publix , liquor store, First Watch (great breakfast), and Starbucks. My only thing is it would have been nice for the condo to have more beach chairs. We had 2 for 4 people. But I would highly recommend this place!
