Newly built two bedroom cottage with enormous decks overlooking Cayuga Lake and views of Cornell. Watch local rowing teams pass by while sipping coffee. 130 ft of private lakefront. Kayaks, SUPs, and life jackets provided. Bring your boat, dock is new. Cottage has all modern amenities: professional stove, washer/dryer, flatscreen TVs, Mitsubishi aircon, Blackstone outdoor grill. New hot tub! One mile from Ithaca’s Cass Park. Bring your bikes, we are across from Black Diamond Trail access points. Near Taughannock State Park, and dozens of area waterfalls. Very close to downtown. Easy parking on private driveway for 2-4 cars.

Sleeping spaces include: queen bed in the primary bedroom (2 persons), and secondary bedroom with queen bed (2 persons), plus bunk (single) and loft bed (single) accessible by ladder.

On private driveway shared with 3 other private properties.

Great Lake vacation spot

The lake house was excellent. The decks were great with views of Cayuga Lake. We went swimming off the dock every day and took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. We would absolutely stay there again.

Clean, calm and serene

This property was quiet, clean and cozy. There are many stairs on the property but stairs don't bother you it is a delightful place to stay.

Great host and great location! My wife and i drove to the fingerlake region for a much needed vacation and we wanted a lake front view. Wow. This location delivered. We had front row seats to the cornell crew team most evenings and the fall weather provided us amazing colors reflecting off the lake.The location was a great kick off to the many state parks and easy access to the black diamond trail. Wegmans supplied us with good fish most evenings and the kitchen at the cottage is perfectand the many terrific local restaurants kept us happy. Thank you Chris for hosting us. A really nice week recharging!

This house is amazing! The house is on Cayuga Lake and was the prettiest, cleanest, nicest house ever. We had the best time. We stayed five nights and we will be back in the summer!

Peaceful Retreat

Great weekend

We had a great weekend away as a family here. The house was perfect, small but very clean and cute - just right for us and our kids. Loved hearing the water outside the window and enjoying the deck in the evenings. Close to many different activities. Would definitely stay at here again.

Great location & great amenities

The property is beautiful and has everything you need for a lake getaway. In addition to the brand new interior and perfect stay accommodations, we loved the large deck, bbq, hot tub, and areas to relax. We really appreciated having access to canoes, SUPs, water floats as well as life vests for everyone in the family. The house location was great with a short drive into Ithaca for restaurants and access to groceries, etc.

Spent 3 nights at this beautiful property. Brand new home and everything was immaculate. Deck, hot tub and views were amazing. Owners were super communicative and helpful when we had a question about the fireplace. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home had everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. First of all the kitchen, unlike most vacation rentals, had everything you needed and it was not just cheap stuff like other places. In fact we cooked one meal there and then the second night we decided to cook again instead of go out to eat because it was great to cook on the grill while looking out at the lake, preparing the meal in the kitchen while looking out the big windows to the lake, and then enjoying the meal on the deck in the peace and quiet. I absolutely loved using the kayaks they provided and it was close to some amazing waterfalls and gorges. Town is close enough if you need groceries or want to go out. We discovered the biking trail across the street the last day and had a great time riding along the trail in the fall leaves. This home was very clean and comfortable. We lived the privacy of the hot tub. I can not say enough good about it.

Wonderful Weekend

Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with our family. We had the most wonderful time and created the best memories. The place was clean, close to all activities on our agenda, everything was included that we needed for our stay and was just a lovely cottage. We will be back :)
