This newly redecorated unit at Villas by the Sea will quickly become your favorite vacation spot. 3 fabulously outfitted bedrooms will accommodate 6 adults in comfort. A fully equipped kitchen includes a combination coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crock pot.

NO SMOKING & NO PETS

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE - THE POOL AT VILLAS BY THE SEA WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS BEGINNING MARCH 24, 2026, FOR 2-3 WEEKS.

This was one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed. The veiw was amazing.Nothing can be done about the weatherbut the only thing that could have been better is if I had chosen a warmer month.

Clean Room, Very nice people at the rental company.. lobby counter person different story. We didnt have power due to the storms on monday went and asked for Toilet paper and to just inform them of the power outage and they responded well you didnt rent from us not our problem. So theres that!. Nice room and beautiful view.

Spring break

Great location near driftwood beach. Very clean and nice views. Had an issue with air conditioning/ leak in bathroom because of air conditioning but, it was resolved.

Fantastic Location

Quiet and peaceful. We will be back for sure! Clean accommodations. Unreal beautiful view. Being able to open the windows and enjoy the breeze was great.

Reviewer Comments: We just spent the last 5days enjoying the beautiful views and friendly people. Bike rental was convenient and gave us the opportunity to see the island at our own pace while riding along the hike paths. The condo was nice and comfortable for our large family. It could use more bath towels and dish towels, but the laundry facility is right next door so that was nice. There were a few issues (like not being able to locate the remote for the light/fan), and a dirty pillow case, but that is minor. I would recommend a few more cooking utensils, but again that’s minor. Overall great experience and we would go back. Biggest complaint is the beach access, but we understand that it’s a process to rebuild from storm damage, so hopefully next time that issue is finished.

Beautiful Property but lots of Hiccups

We had a great stay at this property. The location is beautiful and the inside of the property is so clean and beautiful. However we had a lot of hiccups with the property managers on this location. We were not given any of the amenity keys (pool, laundry etc.) and it took them over 24hrs to get them to us, we only had a 3 night stay so we were most disappointed to miss out on this. Also the beach access pictures was completely washed out so a lengthy drive was required to even walk on the beach. We also did not have a single pot holder or kitchen towel in the place. It made cooking rather hard. While the place was immaculate and the kitchen very well stocked the management company mistakes made our stay less then idea. I will think twice before renting through them again.
