This unique place has a style all its own. We used the casa for family and friends for 30 years. Now we our sharing it with you! Located just feet from the ocean and 5 blocks from the bustling Flagler Avenue District. Home to Great Restaurants, shops, and beach bars. Plenty of music and fun all around, very nice neighborhood just far enough from the action.
Full Kitchen, comfy Queen bed, large living space. Great WIFI, amenities and large shared pool. Plenty of outside seating.
The space:
This property is centrally located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. The rooms are nice, the kitchen is well equipped with all needs. There is a beach walkover directly across the street. Plenty of space around the pool, with a BBQ grill. TV's in Living room and bedroom. Beach toys available to qualified guest. No day trip parties from Orlando allowed, owner lives on site. Beautiful fun space.

Perfect place for the two of us! Loved the area and walkability to everything. Everything you need is provided and Gil’s place is gorgeous. Loved the pool and the extra touches. We will most certainly be back! One of the best places we’ve stayed.

Weekend getaway

Delightful apartment. Clean and well appointed. Beach 2 min walk. Close to shops and restaurants. Gilly was a wonderful host.

Perfect place to relax

This was perfect for two. It was clean comfortable and a great place relax. But also conveniently located near the beach and many local attractions.

Excellent property location

Stayed for a week during the 4th of July. Super short 3 min walk to the beach. Gilly was amazing and accommodating. The house was cozy and clean. Everything you need there from linens to coffee maker to blender for cocktails. We had the absolute best time. Plan on going back again and again! Thanks Gil!

Perfect!

Adorable 1 bedroom apt completely stocked with everything you might need. Full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Coffee, spices, paper products, even bug spray! The patio was so beautiful and peaceful with various types of palm trees. Lots of seating, private pool and hot tub. Gilly, the owner is usually onsite. Very friendly and accommodating. This was definitely my best VRBO experience and i hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Pure luxury

Every now and then we meet a legend. The owner of this amazing apartment is just that. A legend. I had known of Gilley for decades as I lived in Fl for 35 years and had visited his establishment in my younger years. He is now retired and is sharing his incredible home with visitors. The place is incredible with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. It is located just a few feet from the ocean. No worries about paying to park and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The inside of the apartment was perfect with ROKU TVs and the kitchen has everything u could need to cook. But who wants to book when there are so many great places to go. We will be back! Cheers Gilley and thank you for allowing us a great vacation.

You have the Beach right in front, a beautiful pool and a great living space.
There are many day trips and local history to explore or never move your vehicle from to time you arrive. We love it and you will too.
