The space
It is equipped with 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen)
2 full bathrooms
A common room as soon as you enter, in this room you will find a basket of extra linens and towels if needed. As well as exciting board games!
An open concept kitchen with a formal dining room, and living room.

Laundry room
It is equipped with a washer/dryer. However, we do not provide detergent. Please bring your own.

The patio/deck
It is equipped with a grill, please feel free to use it!
We have outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy some outdoor time with great views to the American Dream mall.
Please be aware there are a couple of steps that lead to the backyard/grass area, due to steep steps leading to grass area we do recommend to be very careful when using the steps. If you bring your pets you may walk them around the block.

Trash
We have trash bins on the deck, as well as on the side of the home.

Parking
We do provide 1 parking spot in the driveway of the home. The garage is not to be used. Only the driveway. If you have more than 1 car, you would need to street park, please message us for street parking details.

Check in
You are able to check in yourself through the keypad on the front door, we will provide access code with your check in message on the day of your check in.

It was a cosy and beautiful house. Perfect for staying a week in NJ and travelling to NY City. Bus stops near by and good supermarkets.

Perfect stay for game day weekend

This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. Proximity to Newark, MetLife, as well as Target and food options was great. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to invest in nicer towels, but other than that would stay here again.

Nice property near NYC

Nice property near NYC. Plenty of room for family of 5. Smart TVs in all bedrooms, comfy couch in living room, plenty of household supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc), complimentary bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and detergent. Convenient washer / dryer. We enjoyed the stay.

Great Host

Overall all the property was nice. My only critiques are that the location from NYC was further than expected, could have had some better quality bathing towels and we found some dirty socks under the comforter. The host were great, very responsive and accomadating.

Very easy to go to NYC, with bus 123 by the street. 35 minutes and we are in Times square. The kitchen equipment should be improved, not enought ktichen toools for kitchening Need to be rzfresh

unit was very clean and host was very responsive and helpful. just a few notes to add- mattresses are not real comfortable, the bathrooms are very small and parking on the street for our second car was awful. There were not any street parking spots available except for the last day and it was clear down the street. I suggest if you stay here just bring 1 car , as that is all that will fit in the driveway and beware getting into the driveway to park is a feat also as there is a narrow space left between street parked cars to get in to the driveway

Pictures look great but if you are someone who can’t stand the heat there’s no proper Air conditioner, they are old and smell bad and there’s none in the living room. The patio cannot be accessed as it’s almost broken down. The house is on a steep hill with literally no parking. Rooms are good size and the washer dryer works but bring your own detergents. Fridge is broken but is functional. Apartment is very old and lacks fresh air

Check in Disaster

There was bad communication prior to arriving. At 400pm once inside the house we found all the beds were unmade, sheets, pillows, used towels and blankets thrown on the floor, hair left on the floor and in the shower, old food left in the fridge. Certainly, no beverages as promised which was in the welcome email. Contacted the number provided and received false information about getting the problem solved quickly. It wasn’t till 0930p that someone arrived to clean just the bathrooms. We had to do the laundry of the sheets, towels and blankets ourselves and it’s a good thing we did as the person who was sent to clean had no spare linens. Due to the laundry taking so long we had to make a Wal-Mart trip at 1030p to buy towels and blankets. First night of our dream vacation in New York was ruined and we spent the night preparing the location by doing laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning. Very poor response from the owner, never really cared to see what problems we had and the issues that we dealt with. Pictures of the outside front of the house are misleading; the house is on a very steep hill.
