Pets stay at no cost, FREE SUPER FAST Internet, fully equipped kitchen, private putting green, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer and 2 car garage attached. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to all major freeways and some of the best restaurants in town. All beds are equipped with 1,800+ thread count linen. We support equality!

Check-in is simple and secure with a smart lock—no keys needed. You’ll receive a personalized code prior to your arrival for a flexible, hassle-free experience.
The property includes a private driveway for parking, along with additional free street parking. The home is single-story with no interior stairs, making it easily accessible for all guests. Come and go as you please—everything is set up for your comfort and convenience.

Pets are welcome to stay free of charge—just kindly pick up after them. Located just minutes from major freeways, this home offers easy access to Sky Harbor Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Desert Ridge, Downtown Phoenix, and State Farm Stadium.
While the home is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and attractions, a car is recommended for the most comfortable experience. Having your own vehicle makes it easy to explore nearby areas like Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and downtown Phoenix.
Freeway access is quick and easy, and there ’s plenty of parking at the home and on the street. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available for nights out or quick trips around the city.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
