Esta impresionante casa recién remodelada se encuentra en el norte de Phoenix, con acceso a la autopista cercana. Un espacioso piso de tres habitaciones, dos baños con techos abovedados. Disfrute cenando junto a la piscina (climatizada), ya que puede deleitarse con el sol durante todo el año, con su familia y amigos. Soccer weekend

We stayed here for a soccer tournament we were close to the fields. House was great. A lot of conveniences and it was clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Warning: Dangerous Fall Hazard!

WARNING: Upon entering the front door of this house for the first time I immediately fell and sprained my ankle (resulting in a torn ligament) on the 3" drop from the entryway to the living room. I alerted my husband and son of the hazard but they both fell as I did. Because the entryway and the living room floor tile are identical and the grout lines match up perfectly, the flooring looks continuous from the entry way through the living room and it is impossible to see the 3" drop. We then placed chairs in front of the hazard. The next day all 3 of us fell again due to this blind drop. We have alerted the owner of this hazard and hope they will fix this so that other renters are not injured. Other than this significant hazard, the house and pool were nice.

Nice house but 3 things you need to know

We enjoyed this nice house good neighborhood However note .. no garbage disposal in sink & no cable TV only smart TV & this is important WARNING be very careful showering in the beautiful master shower the shower floor is very slippery ( inproper tile used on shower floors ) & no grab bars & a 6ft x 6ft poorly mounted loose glass shower wall is a disaster waiting to happen if someone slips & falls this glass wall will easily come down & shatter..Hopefully owner will correct..

Really great property in quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed staying here for a couple nights. The property was clean, organized, and the pool was great. The neighborhood is very quiet which was also fantastic.

Phoenix with grandkids

The house worked well for us. Close to highway access, quiet neighborhood, and the heated pool was a hit despite the cool weather and rain.

Beautiful and well stocked

A beautiful quant home with everything you need for a great vacation. Not really walkable to anything but it's a cute and quiet neighborhood. The pool was perfect and clean. Owner was very responsive. We had fun, thank you!

Amazing home in quiet neighborhood

This property was amazing. You can tell they have carefully arranged everything for guests in mind. From the pool and patio furniture to the binder of instructions and where to go recommendations they really have put in the time and effort to make their guests comfortable. Check-in was safe and convenient. And the neighborhood is calm and peaceful. We even went on a nice dog walk and enjoyed the experience. I loved the master bedroom with bathroom en suite. The walk-in shower is as nice as any resort’s! And there are French doors that open up to the back yard pool! All our guests were impressed with this place, and you will be also!

Weekend stay

My family and I had a wonderful weekend. Long days of baseball camps and enjoyed a cool down in the beautiful pool. Everything was clean and towels were well supplied.

Convenient and Cozy

Check in and check out was super easy, fully stocked with the essentials from the bathroom to the kitchen, and the pool was the best when it was time to relax. Definitely going to stay here again and highly recommend!

Heated pool and comfortable home

Relaxing. Quiet

The home was nice and as advertised. Neighborhood very quiet and close to highway access, perfect for couple looking to relax, enjoy sun and warmer temperatures. We were almost reluctant to use pool, make noise and disturb neighbors. Kitchen floor was swept, not washed. Counters could have been cleaner.

Backyard and heated pool are the best

This is 2nd time we have stayed here for over a month. Overall we give very high reviews. Great backyard, living room, and bedrooms. Downside is only Roku TV provided with no code so you have to have your own way to stream. While kitchen has nice set of pans, dishes and glasses there are limited mixing bowls and storage containers. NO staples, including salt and pepper and no garbage disposal. Only 4 rolls of TP provided for 4 people, 5 weeks. That being said, we would still stay here again. We just know to bring everything we need.

Great property, few callouts

This property was gorgeous, very spacious, great pool in a quaint neighborhood. My friends and I enjoyed our time here, however our experience wasn’t the greatest. The first callout, it wasn’t as clean as I hoped it’d be. Some of the towels and washcloths were stained, the top sheet on one of the beds had a sightly stain on top of it. In addition, the crevices and corners of the home could use some attention. The second callout, I contacted Sacha days prior to arrival to understand if I could set up decorations to surprise the bride before the checkin time. His response was that he’d let me know once the house was ready. The day of, I unfortunately didn’t have the chance to speak directly to him to communicate the magnitude of simply setting up decorations to elevate the brides’ experience, I was met with texts and consistent messages sharing he was awaiting a response from housekeeping. I am cognizant of the importance and time it takes to flip the home, however I think it would’ve been reasonable to simply set up for about 30minutes. We had to do it while the bride waited patiently. Because of this, not only was the experience ruined, the logistics of the day caused me to spend unnecessary money traveling across Phoenix as I was under the impression I’d have the ability to checkin prior to 4PM.

Just as we expected

This property was centrally located to all our friends and family that reside in the area and having the pools added to our enjoyment. A few minor things need attention but I would rent this house again.

Excellent location and very cute, well stocked home

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was stocked with conveniences, clean, and decorated nicely. The only concern is that the guest bathroom toilet didn’t work the entire stay. I did contact the manager of the home and he sent someone out quickly but it didn’t fix the matter after 1-2 uses.
