Enjoy unobstructed views and the scenery with a spacious dining, living and kitchen area that is ideal for entertaining. Each of the 3 bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and enjoy natural light throughout the day and there is generous storage and closet space throughout the apartment, including en suite laundry and a powder room which is convenient for guests to your home.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
