Elegante condominio triplex de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con una gran terraza privada en la azotea con acceso directo desde la unidad. Al ser una adición reciente a la parte superior de una piedra rojiza existente en el siglo XIX en Chelsea, nuestra casa combina lo mejor del encanto histórico y la arquitectura moderna.

El condominio de 1.300 pies cuadrados (120 m2) cuenta con dos lujosos baños, una cocina gourmet de alta gama, controles de temperatura de aire acondicionado de tres zonas, iluminación empotrada y regulable, ventanas modernas de gran tamaño, pisos de madera de roble blanco, una lavadora de alta gama y secadora y una terraza privada en la azotea de 800 pies cuadrados (75 m2).

Entrarás en una espaciosa sala de estar con una cocina abierta, techos de 10 pies y ventanas de gran tamaño. La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de piedra italiana. El primer piso también tiene un baño completo con cabina de ducha. Hay un sofá grande que se puede usar como cama supletoria.

En el segundo piso, encontrará dos espaciosas habitaciones con paredes de vidrio de 10 pies de altura que ofrecen vistas abiertas de la ciudad y el Empire State Building. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama extragrande hecha a medida (más grande que el rey) y un armario con vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble, un amplio armario y un amplio balcón Julieta. El segundo piso también tiene un baño completo con bañera, una cabina de ducha separada y un tocador con doble lavabo.

Las escaleras conducen a su propia terraza privada en la azotea con vistas a la ciudad. Hay una parrilla de propano, una mesa de comedor y una sala de estar.

El edificio está ubicado en el corazón de Chelsea, cerca de una gran cantidad de tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna, y a solo unas cuadras del High Line Park, el Chelsea Market y el nuevo Museo Whitney.

A perfect place in all respects for our month-long escape to Chelsea. The apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed, with terrific views, and spotless throughout. The hosts could not have been more attentive and thoughtful.

Excellent Experience!

Perfect location within walking distance of so many parts of the city! The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and the apartment was very comfortable for a long visit. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio!

Fantastic location, Fantastic apartment!

We spent 3 months in this apartment and loved every minute of it! The location can't be beat and the apartment was beautiful. The two bedrooms and two baths worked perfectly for having guests visit. This truly was a home away from home. The owners were wonderful and attentive. 5 stars!

Stayed here for several weeks. Comfortable accommodations, convenient and safe location, fabulous rooftop patio. The home was well equipped with all necessities for comfort and communication. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Best month in New York City EVER!

YES! YES! YES! I wish that I could still be there! This is a great apartment in Chelsea. The owners are so kind and responsive. We had such a wonderful experience. The apartment is true to the photos...maybe even better. The location is so great. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful views of Empire State Building. Rooftop patio is great. We hope to return soon.

Perfect location, amazing condo, wonderful hosts!

We stayed here for a 4-night ladies getaway. There was plenty of room for 4 adults in terms of sleeping, bathroom space, and lounging. Some of us enjoyed fresh coffee on the private rooftop terrace while others slept in. One of us ran along the waterfront every morning. The location is perfect for browsing Chelsea and beyond. We ate at some of the best restaurants, all walking distance from the condo. It was a 12-minute cab ride to our broadway show. We felt completely safe 100% of the time. The condo had everything we needed. There are several grocery stores within 1-3 blocks where we picked up some fruit, wine, crackers. There is a great coffee shop just a few doors down but there is an espresso machine/coffee grinder in the unit as well. Bami and Ola should write a book on being amazing hosts. I cannot fine the words to describe the effort they put into making sure our stay was wonderful. I can’t imagine staying at any other place while in NYC.

Amazing in every way!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. My young son could handle the stairs so please don't let the thought of walking up scare you away! I will never stay at a hotel in NYC again if this property is available. Everything you need is within a short walk and having a police station next door is the best form of security!

Very clean, great location and very comfortable

This property is great. Owners Ola and Bami were always very helpful leading up to our stay and responded quickly. Very comfortable especially the super king size bed and the view of the Empire State Building from the second bedroom was a treat. Clean and well appointed, I would just suggest having a kettle for the English visitors who love their tea! Overall we had a great stay. Police station next door so felt safe and great coffee shop a few doors down for all those Aussie coffee snobs.

Perfect place in the heart of Chelsea!

The apartment is centrally located and even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. The terrace has amazing views and we were lucky to enjoy the sun up on the roof; it is incredibly quiet for being in the middle of everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, sights and subway are all in the immediate vicinity and we truly enjoyed the atmosphere of Chelsea! Ola is a fantastic host, the communication was easy and he provided us with coffee etc in the apartment, which was a nice treat! Also, the apartment is clean, spacious, modern and beautifully decorated! If you are looking for a special place in NYC, look no further! We would love to come back one day! Thank you, Ola - you and your home are truly outstanding!

Loved living like a New Yorker for a week!

We really enjoyed our stay in Chelsea and Ola's home was a great find! The neighborhood is fantastic- close to good restaurants, grocery stores and the subway.The spacious apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable! Walking up 5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases is a challenge (luckily, we only had to do that once!) and the banging pipes from the radiators were alarming the first night, but I think we got used to them. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities (coffee!) and only wish we had more time to enjoy the comfort of the apartment and what looked like an amazing rooftop deck! We appreciated how attentive Ola was when we had questions. Would be thrilled to stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Ola's beautiful condo and would gladly return again. The space worked well for two small families- the bedrooms each have a large comfortable bed and downstairs there is a comfortable living room, kitchen, and TV area. Ola was a perfect host - responsive, accommodating, and very professional. He responded immediately to our messages and questions. We give Ola and his property our highest recommendation.

FIrst time in NYC

First we arrived place was amazing everything looks like in pictures rooftop was amazing the views were incredible only part that kinda sucks is the walk up the stairs but well worth it .an it's also around everything Strongly suggest this place if staying in nyc. Chic Chelsea apartment with a rooftop terrace, all the amenities and excellent communication.

The apartment exceeded expectations for our week long NY stay. It was as described, clean, modern, comfortable, with plenty of natural light and all the necessary accoutrements to make our stay enjoyable, e.g., smart TVs, sound system, espresso machine, full compliment of dishes, wine glasses, and plenty of towels. The stress of the fifth-floor walk-up paled in comparison to the vibrant Chelsea neighborhood below and easy access to the HiLine, galleries, the Whitney, Union Square, etc. Loved hanging out on the rooftop. We've rented many homes using this and other services, but have never had such prompt, courteous, welcoming and clear communication with the host. Bravo!

Parfait

The property was as described and as pictured on the photos. It was an excellent apartment, rather spacious for NYC, and the roof top terrace was our absolute favorite. The kitchen and the bathrooms are updated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were also bright and comfortable, with wonderful city views. We enjoyed the area a lot. The apartment is walking distance from Hi Line park, Chelsea market, 15-20 min walk to Soho and the West Village. The owners were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. I would totally recommend the property to a friend or would love to come back and stay there again. I have one minor suggestion, the towels and linens need to be updated to reflect the overall excellence of the apartment.

Simply great!

Bright and spacious, comfortable, well furnished, in a central but peaceful area... The owner is discreet but attentive, and the view is absolutely amazing! Our first stay in New York was fantastic and this condo (his terrace in particular) where we were feeling at home after long days of visits and discoveries largely contributed to this success. We hope we'll be able to come back in summer to enjoy the BBQ! Lumineux et spacieux, joliment meublé, dans un quartier central mais paisible... le propriétaire est discret mais attentionné, et la vue est absolument magnifique! Notre premier séjour à New York a été fantastique, et ce duplex (sa terrasse surtout!) où nous nous sentions chez nous après de longues journées de visites et de découvertes a largement contribué au succès de ce séjour. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir en été pour profiter du barbecue!

Thanksgiving in NYC

This condo is in an excellent location in Chelsea. We enjoyed having the space to spread out (we have 3 children ages 11-15). The rooftop patio offers a great view of The Empire State Building, as do the bedrooms. The bathrooms are beautifully updated and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying in a condo in a quiet part of the city more than staying in a hotel in the middle of the busier parts of NYC. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location - wonderful apartment

Our family decided to take a trip to NYC to see some sights as well as visit family in the area. We did not want to stay in the middle of the tourist activity which made this apartment perfect for us. We actually felt like a local. The restaurants, delis, stores nearby are wonderful It was a great retreat when we were ready to leave the hustle and bustle of tourist/city experiences. We could relax and unwind while we planned for the next day. The rooftop patio was fantastic. All rooms were as described. I must also mention how really comfortable the beds were as well. Ola was great to work with and helpful with tips regarding the area. If you want a neighborhood experience - this is the place for you. Thank you for everything Ola!
