1 Level. Beautifully decorated and recently remodeled condo! Master king, 2nd bedroom-Queen and 3rd bdrm-two twin beds. 2 baths. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Over 1100 sq ft! Such a relaxing and peaceful. space! Lots of cozy, soft linens and blankets…comfy mattresses! Soothing colors and all nestled in a safe gated community! TV and high speed WIFI …3 TVS …and a peaceful patio for dining outdoors or relaxing! Full size kitchen complete with all necessities… limit is 6 guests in this condo. This property is really close to Coronado Golf Course, Coronado Lake, tennis court and fitness center. And 11 mins to Lake Balboa beach and marina (Picnic tables, BBQ, beach. Various boat rentals). NO SMOKING (inside/or outside) and NO PETS allowed. East Gate Security close at 10pm, opens at 6:30am. You must be inside the Village by that time each night, or travel around to the West gate entrance (open 24/7). Also, some GPS will attempt to send you to the Balboa Gate, which is a private gate for Homeowners only.
*West Gate off of Hwy 7 is manned 24hrs

*East Gate off of Hwy 5 is manned from 6:00am till 10:00pm.

Amenities- Keurig and regular coffee markers, iron & ironing board, 1 hair blow dryers. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We supply a nice starter kit, which includes toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, sheets and blankets.

Come play golf (5 courses nearby), rent your favorite water toy (Potoon, Kayak, paddleboards, fishing boat), or hike any fo the 22 miles of trails. Inside the property is a booklet with an area map, things to do, place to go, restaurant recommendations, menu's community events, and information to use the Village Coronado fitness center, pool, tennis courts, basketball, miniature golf, pickle ball, beach areas, etc. If you search...Arkansas Hot spring app. The one says explore the Village. That will provide you some great informations on golf and recreation. Lake and boating. Outdoor adventure and restaurants. Please feel free to download the app called OSV (our smart village) from your phone. This will listed places to EAT, PLAY and SERVICES.

We do rent this place out monthly (we love snowbirds) and pricing depends on the time of the year. Simply inquire.

We had a wonderful stay. It was nice a quiet and had activities if we wanted. The condo was comfortable and clean. The drive in to Hot Sorings and nature walks was not bad at all. We really enjoyed this getaway! Also, Tammy was very responsive to our needs.

My husband, daughter, and fiancé stayed in this property for 3 nights. Our host was truly helpful as we didn’t arrive until midnight from our flight but she texted us stating that she would stay up and make sure we had no problems getting in. Very generous. Something we would never expect or bother someone for. The home was gorgeous and so beautifully clean. We loved staying here. We will be back in a few months and for sure we will look to stay here first. Thank you Tammy for being the most excellent host. Thank you thank you.

HSV Family Time

The property was as described in the listing. The living room furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen is small, but adequate. It was very peaceful and remote. The people in HSV were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our month away from winter!

Great property

Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath property. It is a lovely, remodeled property that had plenty of space for our family of 4. The king bed in the master was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Communication was prompt and thorough. Enjoyed very much! Would stay here again if back in Hot Sprimgs Village.

Our wonderful stay in Hot Spring

If you ever visit Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, please book with Tammy and Lawrence. She was polite and friendly. She answered all of our questions. The instructions were clear and precise on how to leave things in order. She also left a list of things to do in the village. The place was clean and had an amazing aroma of febreze throughout the home. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your help and hospitality! We will try to find you again.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was nice and comfortable. The only reason for a 4 star on cleaning was of the strong moth ball smell when we first arrived. Other than that it was a great place with good amenities and a great Italian restaurant within walking distance.
